3) they delivered a wrong cake which i had not ordered, but it was delicious.

4) on complaining about this case, the customer service was more than happy to help. They sent a fresh new cake for no extra cost with a bunch of roses and an apology note for the mistake. Cake was again delicious.

From my point of view, they are a definite choice....

I had order 16 pcs of ferrero rocher, 2 bournvilles and 2 silk (Rs. ₹ 1495.00) .
but received 15 pcs of ferrero rocher, 2 dairy milk instead of 2 bournvilles and 2 silk .
And instead of bucket gift pack, they delivered in a poly bag like I have purchased vegetables.

When I have asked for refund, these cheater (Ajay) started blaming we dont used to delivery at the location which you have mentioned however a day...

I have ordered cake, flower and choclate at onlinedelivery.in. My order no is 56567. My order amount is Rs. 2990. Before placing the order I have confirmed with customer care they said the order will delivered at 25/08/2016 at 4:00 PM.

But order not delivered. I have lost 2990 Rs. I want my money back from this fraud company.

Please take a action against this company and refund my money back.
