With order id : #27187. Plz cancel my order and refund my amount....

Dear sir,
I booked my connection from onlinedth on 20th oct 2019 and also paid money 1499 rs.
But till now i didn't get my order and not also my refund.
When i call onlinedth, they drop my call when i tell them about my refund immediately.
I also emailed to [protected]@onlinedth.co.in but till now didn't get any response.
So i request you that if this type of problem happened with anyone, plz help me soon.

I am m. Narasimharao booked a dishtv connection but did not get any connection and service and the money got deducted immediately worth rs. 1699/- and below is the details of my transaction. As it is fake please consider it as severe impact to customer and revert the money back to my account. This is very fake. The person contact no. Which did this fraud action is [protected]. This is not at all acceptable. Please take this as very high priority and work on this request. Kindly revert the money back to my account. This is the contact no. Which we have who is responsible for this transaction and take the immediate action on him.

While we tried to call the contact no. Which was provided in the website, it is saying that the mobile no. Did not get register. Please try with the registered mobile no.

I ordered dishtv hd set top box a week ago.
At the time of placing the order, they assured that it'll be delivered and installed on the day of order itself.
But nobody called back after the order and the product is not delivered and installed yet even after a week.
I called their customer care, they always say it'll be installed today.
But it's not installed/deleivered yet.
Now, the customer care people are not even picking my call.
Worst customer service ever. I suggest to never order anything from https://www.onlinedth.co.in/.
You'll regret it.

I have purchased dd free dish set top box from onlinedth.co.in on 24 may by paying online 2890 against order id yrs109261., the product has not been delievered to me. Neither they are providing me tracking details. They also stopped picking up my calls. Pls help me what to do next to learn these fraudusters a good lesson. They hav blocked all my numbers by which i have tried contacting.

Guys i have ordered dish tv worth of 1199 Rs on www.onlinedth.co.in. Before placing order i have called customer care to enquiry why COD option not there in payment option. They told COD is not there and go with online payment through gateway payumoney. I though that online payment is secure and i placed an order. After placing order i didnot got any confirmation message and status of my booking is in process. After that i called again customer care after listening my words they suddenly cut my call... After that i called so many times they didnot respond... Totally i lost 1199 Rs... This is a fraud website and please donot go with this.. While placing order they talk very nicely and suggest everything to place order to make us fool.Anuj Bhardwaj (mob number: +[protected] is customer care guy who cheated me. He made chating with me very nicely and made be foolish and i lost my money. While making payment it shows gateway payumoney but it is fake. After placing order i checked in payumoney transctions history but it is not there. I am attaching my order copy. Please help me any way can i get my money back?
