My Samsung fridge is under warranty from Onsite go. My fridge stopped working (not cooling) on 9th Oct 2021 and I raised Service Request ID
[protected] with Onsite go. Their technicians have visited 2-3 time but still haven't fixed my fridge. They initialy told me that my fridge will get fixed by 12th Oct, then they changed the date to 2nd Nov and today (1st Nov) Mr. Nadem from Onsite go called to say thy will fix my fridge by 5th or 6th of Nov. They keep postponing the estimated date and keep delaying the repairs. It's almost a month since I reported the issue and they haven't fixed my fridge yet, it's causing huge inconvenience for me to keep any food items at home, especially during the Diwali time. They are not providing timely service as per their warrantly.

I bought Mi 5a mobile from croma store with onsitego insurance
when i am check status of onsitego insurance with phone number, mail id and invoice number, its showing invalid.
It has been four months since I purchased .
I didnt find insurace related to invoice number.
