Hi Team,

I have forgotten my phone password because I haven't used the phone for more than 6months because of screen break.
When I approached Oppo Service Center multiple times they couldn't resolve the Forgot password issue.

It is really not acceptable when customer reach the service centre and they are not solving the issue. If I call customer care asking for further / next level team or technical...

handset not received back from service centre

My mobile protection plan is joppok1404846 and claim id is iw[protected]. I have escalated my issue for claim on 21st october and then on 24th october my phone was picked up from my home. But after so many days i have not received my device back. Whenever i call on the toll free number i'm just given the time period to wait for 72 hours. But still my issue isn't resolved and they have not returned my handset back. I'm tired of calling them...
