i m using reno 2f from 2 weeks manybproblems are arising in mobile phone wat to do i dont know. every body says that i m helpless. company gives an 30 days replacement but no replacement made to me.
customer care is saying that i m forwarded your details but no response will come from company side.
problem arises like-

I have purchased oppo mobile. It was not working good. It was manufacturing defect occupying unncessarily system space already informed customer care through mail and phone there was no response. In chennai very poor response and now they have closed the shop. Due to getting manufacturing defect in mobiles. I am chasing with customer care through mail....
