I got a message from Orange Telecom regarding winning the contest of DECEMBER INTERNATIONAL 2009 . They have sent the money through a Carrier to DELHI INTERNATIONAL and calling me to submit the excise duty that is 250 GBP that is around 19,500 Rupees. What should i do know.

Please note that I had recieved a message on my mobile that I have won $ 500,000.00 in the lucky draw for Orange Telecom for 2009, and I am asked to pay INR 21,000 for the delivery of $ 500,000.00, before the receipt of the amount I am asked to make the delivery charges payment in cash, so please advise if this is a fraud or not.

I have got a SMS on 21st August 2009 stating that i have won $10,000,000.00 USD in the ongoing Orange Telecom Mobile Draws. It also stated that to claim it please contact Dr.Steve on [protected]@live.com . Now they are asking me to pay Rs 42,100 for airport clearance charges and then i shall recieve the parcel.
I want to know whether this is fake or real draw. I want to know whether i will really get that amount.

On 5th Aug I received an SMS:'You have just got Ten Lac Dolars in Orange Telecoms. For more info mail us at myorangedraw09(at)hotmail.com.' I knew this was a fake but i wanted to try want is the next step hence i replyed on the email id. Further they replyed to my mail and and asked to my comple details like Name, age, sex, etc..after that they asked to mail on the below address THE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

i recived a sms from mail2sms. [protected]@eim.ae.
stating i had won $100.000 in orange mobile lotto.
they provide a ticket no & phone no =[protected] or email tony at [protected]@gmail.com.
they ask for ticket no, phone no, name, address & email.
sounds foney, can anybody confirm....

Please give the reply as early as possible...
