I stayed in oyo living space located in jayabheema nagar, btm layout, bangalore for the month of january. I checked in on 5th of january, 2019 and checkout on the 31st of january, 2019. My booking id is 1219.

They say there is no lock-in period for the deposit and that they will refund the deposit in maximum 15 days of checkout. It is 12th march 2019 and i have still not received my deposit back. I have sent them multiple emails...
