I have ordered stepper motor for my project as i am working in R & D in CSIR-CSIO. I have made by order on 3/25/2020. Since then i got nothing and they also dont respond to my mails. On there website it is written 3 to 4 weeks they take to deliver any product but its now 4-5 months to go. Kindly initiate my refund and i am not going to buy anything from them.

Company send a email confirmation for my order and gave acceptance of receipt of payment of rs. 4, 252.00.

Now no body from company is receiving phone or responding mail.
