I have booked a 3 BHK flat with Orissa Homes Private Limited during Oct'2010. There was not much progress seen in construction process and eventually stopped. Tried talking to the builder, but they didn't respond or meet us at their office. Our money is stuck with the builder and flats are not handed over. It a total loss for me.

All people come and submit your original documents, money receipts in eow office situated near secretariat building, keshari nagar, bhubaneswar asap and take seizure letter copy. Even I have bought sites from this builder and still paying emis as they have told if I stop the emis, they will not refund me the money what I have paid so far.
