On last friday i.e. on 4th feb 2022, Court has directed competent authority i.e. ADM, Cuttack to sale the immovable properties through Public Auction and also to realize the amount deposited in bank accounts along with interest accrued thereon for equitable distribution among duped investors. We have already an active whatsapp group with all the customers (Royal/Ananda Homes flats). in which we are communicating regularly all the updates about Orissa Homes Pvt Ltd and Jagat Jiban Nayak. Flat construction not started yet even after 3 years

We had booked 2 bhk in anand homes and last week visited the site and their office.There were many people shouting for refund as there is no work for past 2 years and no updates as well.They have asked to submit an application for refund.Please come together whoever has booked flat there to file a case against them.

hi, i have booked plot in the infocity 2 project. from last 4 year i am paying the emi.last time on dec 2013 i had received the receipt of my payment through courier. but till now i have not receive any receipt from him and the phone number provide on their web site is not picking pone. and their account section phone number is allways switch off.

it is high time to wake u. i have booked one 3 bhk flat in Royal Homes under Orissa homes pvt ltd. after there is no response after so many calls i recently went to visit the place from pune on 28th august 2014. came to know that Digdarshan Kanungo and Patra and their gurus all are arrested and their all office, mobile, etc seized. I went to Nayapalli police station to compalain an affair, but the inspector in charge told me already case is going on agianst them. i will have to submit all proofs including agreement, receipts, letters at nayapalli police station. what we will have to do is to file a case against them to return money or to give the timeline to complete this building ASAP, which is earlier.

fellow members contact nos who booked house under orissa homes. Now at least through this we all can unitedly decide

I have already invested around Rs. 18 lakhs in booking 3 bhk flat in Royal home under Orissa homes. I am currently staying in Pune. planning to come to Odisha in Durga puja. Now as an action point we need to put a case against this builder to get back our money or to get a written commitment of completion and handover of flats timeline.

Dear All,
I have also deposited money for plots at infocity 2 plotting scheme. But I have neither received any plot nor received any communication from Orissa Homes. What I have learnt that a court case has been filed against the Directors of Orissa Homes. Can any body inform me about the proceedings of the case so that I can join in the case against the builder.

I also booked a 2 BHK flat in ANANDA homes on 2011, And they committed me to deliver the flat with in 2 years. if they fail as per the agreement they will pay me a fixed rental price. but unfortunately due to some personal reason i want to transfer the flat name to me insted of my wife. they changed the agreement letter which i discover afterwards. till now i pay 2 laks as advance payment. and also make loan in HDFS bank but as they did not show improvements in the work bank refused them money. I have contacted Kanungo(executive in there office). he told that they are all in jail and due to them he also go to jail so now left there job and doing some where else. Now they have appointed a legal advisor (mob no:[protected]) for the same job. I also contact to that person in phone. he assure me that the top floor roof work is going on and the ANANDA home project will soon complete. So i have taken decision to make a loan again for the same purpose but after reading all the comments here i am not able to decide what to do. if we will not pay the builder he cannot complete the building. if we pay then may be in risk of loosing money. please friends we all have to take a decision regarding this. we all have to unite and ask him to finish and give us the FLAT. and that builder should declare the exact date of committement of delivery. Then only we will pay because also if we cancel then we are in loss.

I have also booked a flat. But I have not find anything wrong with this company. I have moved here and there but I can not find anything. The case against them is under sub-judice. Before concluding, we can not say against them as a cheated person.I also verified some of the documents and found that they are genuine. So give suggestions.If we do not give them installments, how can they finish the work immediately

Neither you are contacting people nor anybody is there in your office to contact. anyway you can contact above nos to know our problem. Your advocate Suresh Mishra already contacted us and no output.

Ans: I and Police have already mentioned everything in front of your advocate and you. if you don't understand then ask anybody to translate this into your favourite language and convey you.

One crime branch case no 1185 against Orissa homes and another consumer case to take over your property is under progress. very soon you will be getting the notice from court. Even we also don't believe your heroes, managers' words. We believe in work and commitment.

I understand the discussion here in this consumer complaints. But as per the ANANDA homes is concerned. The Work is going on but slow. But what I assume and they told to me was the Flats will be given to US. but it will be late. and that was completely orissa homes pvt ltd owners fault.but it is sure we all who have booked flat in ANANDA homes will get flat. and they are giving time of December 2015 if late then one or two months more. Today on dated 27/02/2015 we discuss the matter they told Bricks are already on the site. So to know the reality I will go between 06/03/2015 and 12/03/2015 to the site and will be sure about the truth. One problem they are telling many people have not given money. for this process was getting delayed they told to shift all of them to other new projects. and who have paid will be transfored to Ananda Homes Block C and complete it first. This is was a good step for the completing the project. But how far they are taking action and doing the job was to be seen. I think this ananda homes will be there first real estate Apartment any where they will complete and hand over. My loan has been cancelled due to delay of work by the company. so now I am trying to make another loan for them and things is in process. but one hurdle was the real owners are not coming to see. everything I am discussing with the new Civil engineer(manager) mishra Babu. So can we trust this person and sanctioned loan. I am in doubt. please friends suggest me something. as if we will not pay they will not finish the building. If they will not finish the work early we all are in doubt on that company. I understand the complaints here in this forum. Actually i discuss the issue with the current Manager(Mishra Babu) and according to him They have a plan to deliver the ANANDA HOMES flat on December 2015 if late then one or two months late. and according to them many people have not yet paid the money for which they are not able to finish the work. So i have paid the basic amount and rest made Loans from HDFC bank but due to delay bank have cancelled the loan. Now the manager asking 7lakhs money according to him this much amount was due from my side. So now dicide to pay that amount by loan and discussion was going on for loan. and also i have discussed this with UCO bank loan section manager he also telling everything was ok and i can pay. So one thing i am getting sure that the flat will be handed over to us but by late. and it was the builders fault. and practically the flat work is going on but very slow. So it is my request to all those who donot have paid the money. please pay so that they can complete the Flat and handed over to us. and after all if they will finish the work and handed over the flat to us. all the doubts about the company will be over. and if i am not wrong this will bt the first apartment that company will make and sell to us. mishra babu also telling that bricks have already arrived on the site. that i will physically check on dated 7/03/2015 to 10/03/2015. and will be sure how much true they are. I understand the comments in this forum but today I have a discussion with the manager in site mishra babu. According to him they have plan to hand over the flats on December 2015. And bricks are already arrived on the site. that I can confirm during my visit on 10/03/2015 only. According to him many people have not paid the money. So it is my advice to them who have booked flat on ANANDA HOMES please pay as soon as possible so that they can hand over the flats quickly. my discussion for loan is under process. will be finalised very soon before 10/03/2015. as practically they are making the Appartment and will dafinitely complete and handover to us. but may be late a little.

We have verified their plotting project, it is available around twenty acrs land i.e. 871200 sq.ft. They have registered 4 plots i.e. 4800 sq.ft in my name vide RSD No. 1336 & 55 Dt. 26.05.2004 and 12.01.2004 within 2 months after completion of installments, I sure it is a good company.

Finally good news are in all news channels and news papers. Jagat Jiban Nayak, MD of Orissa Homes Pvt Ltd arrested by Crime Branch EoW on 30th Jan 2018. All people come and submit your original documents, money receipts in EoW office situated near Secretariat building, keshari nagar, bhubaneswar ASAP and take seizure letter copy. It will be considered as proof/evidence during the time of Jagat jiban Nayak refunds money.
