Outlook Magzine — Non Reciept of Subscibed magzine

I have subscribed Outlook magzine two months before for one year from feburary. it was a combo offer with peoples magzine. Its a weekly magzine. But till now that is end of April, i recieved only 3 outlook magzines and only one peoples magzines. Also i didnt recieved the ASSURED gift too.

Outlook Publisher Pvt Ltd/ magazine — not start the subscription of magazine

Respected sir/ma’am,
I am the student of MBA in Amity Business School (Amity University, Rajasthan). I did my 2 months SIP training in Outlook Publisher Pvt Ltd in May-09 to July-09 in Ajmer for subscribed the subscription of outlook Magazine.
I sell 24 magazine subscriptions at amount 300 Rs and 700 Rs each magazine (both) at cash payment and this amount submit to company’s employee Mr. Bhawani singh Rajawat (Sales Executive of Outlook Group).
But till today there is only 5 customers are receiving their magazines regularly and rest are not received any one magazine till today.
I have inform to Mr. Himanshu Pande (National Head Business Development Sales and Marketing), Mr. Sumit Bhardawaj (Deputy Manager, Sales) and Mr. Bhawani singh Rajawat (Sales Executive of Outlook Group) but still not action is taken by them.
All the customers are worry about their payment for magazine.
Please suggest me what to I do.

i started receiving outlook magazine and people magazine from 1st jan 2012 regularly
but i did not receive even a single copy of outlook money magazine
and did not also receive the gifts

I took subscription for Outlook but from last 2 weeks they haven't sent me any book... And also they promised me for the gift but I haven't received that too... Totally wastage of money...

I am a regular subscriber for last more than9 -10 yrs.i do this every 3 yrs.my subs no is 27933, last filled in may 2012.u promise a gift with such subs. but in as many yrs it has never been that u do not send a letter that the promised gift is finished and to choose some cheaper one.what is all this rubbish, why do u -with such a reputation-fall so low, this is not done and i am not going to accept it. I am not willing to substitute and will wait for shoes as promised by u.

Outlook subscription services is nothing but sheer harrassment of consumers. magzines are seldom delivered on time and one has to chase with there customer care dept. They inturn promise a lot but deliver nothing. You end up wasting your precious time and money

The Outlook Group — non receipt of subscription gift

i had subscribed to outlook, a news magazine, for a three year term in December 2010. (my subscription no. is OLP/449341)they have offered a pair of Reebok shoes along with the subscription as a sure gift and promised that the same would be delivered in two months. after the lapse of two months, i wrote to the magazine on non-receipt of the gift. they gave me a reply stating that the same would be delivered by the end of February, but it was not to be.
since then, i had written as many as four emails to the magazine and contacted them several times, but no reply.

With reference to Subscription No : 456270 & 179597 I regret to inform you that your service is worst since I am not getting regular supply of said subscriptions.Even since last two months I have received only one copy of OUTLOOK MONEY & two copies of OUTLOOK .


You are requested to refund the amount paid towards the Subscription as I have never expected such cheating from a group like you.
