Refused to return payment

I have got a proposal from OVI Hosting Pvt Ltd, Hosting Raja, that they are no. 1 hosting company in India, and offering top services in India. I convert to them all my 24 web sites and 120 emails and paid for one year.
But from the first day nothing were working, nor the websites nor the emails. I tried to call their technical team, but not available. Only need to raise ticket. I raised ticket, but no response. Finally 10 days all my 24 websites were not working and nor the 120 emails. All my companies were offline for those 10 days.
I was very upset with their technical service. No chat, no direct call with the technical team If you have problem, you must raise ticket and wait till it will be convenient for them to answer, or give your number and wait till they will call you, may be 10 hours, or may be 2 days. I got answer on my tickets in 2 days only. Everything was made for their comfort. Nothing for customers. Main thing - their technical team never correct anything, they will send technical tasks how to solve. And you must hire a specialist together with hosting with Hosting Raja. Because they think all people are with technical knowledge of hosting. Its not comfort for them to enter to the customer's hosting and make everything work. Even once, their technical person answered to my ticket after 2 days and asked login password of hosting, which they shared at the time of purchasing. I shared again, but that person disappeared, and next time answered a new person. And every time need to explain the same thing. They never go through what you wrote.
Then I left them and purchased other company's hosting. I upload all sites to them. Same hour I faced some problems, but their technical team themselves do everything right and within 24 hours all sites and emails started working.
Since that, I raised a lot of tickets to Hosting Raja to terminate my hosting and refund my money for the hosting which I have not used. But got response after 2-3 days that refund not possible, and the payment was non-refundable.
I can not understand, how a hosting company can ask non-refundable payment for work or service, which has not done yet. Please, help me to get refund the payment.

withdrawal of our leased line

Hello team,
We had initiated for the leased line connection for our office from one of your sales officer named shiva krishna on 27th of november 2017. As per the feasibility check he sent a quote for 4.85lakh annually and for which we paid a cheque for amount 53, 100 as initial setup advance. It was confirmed to us that in 21 days the setup will be initiated and provided us contact number of project engineer pritham [protected]. As per conversation with him it was told that he will initiate it by 1 week. So we waited another week. After 1 week nobody is picking up the call and our cheque was drawn in favour. Our cheque no is :000447 of hdfc bank. It was clearly discussed that once we check the bandwidth then after confirmation from us the cheque will be encashed.
Now, we do not require the airtel connection as your service is hopeless who is not able to even pickup the call and answer for the status.
So, we do not want to continue with the airtel services and want our moneyback immediately.
I would be expecting earliest resolution on this or else i will put a case on this.
