Hi I have paid the company for lease on 5th Feb 2020. We had paid 10Lakhs lease amount to the company. In October 2021 we got a notice from the owner saying that the JABM OyeSpace is not paying the rents and paid only first two months of rent. We didn't know even then that this company was fraud. But day before yesterday we got an another notice from the owner saying that by 6th of July we should vacate the home if we are not paying the rent. This is a big scam by JABM OyeSpace. And not at all right. Please assist me how to go through this. If there is any WhatsApp group please add me.

We have taken house for lease from oyespace. But company not paying rent to owner from many months.Now owner is asking us to vacate the house....

we have made lease with them, after terminating the lease also they not provided the lease amount. also they have not provided the rent to owner.
THEY have many compliant and FIR registered, KINDLY REquest to reslove this and get us our lease amount. Thanks

HI I am Girisha N, I have a flat C-014 in Vascon venus Apartment, Near Hosa Road stop.
I rented the house to Oyesapce and they in term leased it to Tenant. From past 8 months they did not pay the rent fro me from August 2021 to till date (March 2022). They are not given lease amount to tenant also. I given the notice to vecate the house and settle all dues.
Now the office got closed and all the phones are switched off.
Please help in this regards.

Hi we have paid lease amount to Oyespace and they are not returning the amount now and all the employees are not recieving the calls and the office is closed from many days

I have took an flat for lease with Oye Space, after lease end they are not providing money return, Pls help me further on this on how to proceed.

I am also on lease agreement with oyespace and they are not responding or commiting on security deposit return of 13.5 lakhs..
People with similar concern please help /guide on actions to be taken to get our hard earned money back.

I came to know oyespace thru OLX, when i was looking for lease house and they asked me to pay 10000 for site visit and for maintenance.

once i showed my interest to take house on a lease and after 10 to 15 days they asked me to pay 1 lakh to hold the property, so no one else could take that.

Totally they took 110000 from me and they promised they'll find house on a lease but they failed to keep there promise, so i asked them to refund.

And now they have closed there office from past 15 days, not able to call them because they've switched off there phone, probably they changed their sim card.

Oyespace gave me this flat on lease for 2 years, I have paid 17L lease.
They oyespace is a property management company took this flat from owners on rent to manage the property behalf of thr owners.

Now that I see on news that this company is fraud.
They have not been paying the owners rent, and the owner are asking me to vacate the house. How I leave when I have paid 17L for this house.

I have very bad and pathetic experience with Oyespace, I have moved to ‘Sunny Acura’ on 12th Oct 2019. As per the company norms the lease agreement was for 2 years. And my agreement got expired on 11th Oct 2021. I have informed the Oyespace team regarding agreement expire and told them that I am ready to vacate the property kindly pay back our money. I have made so many calls and sent emails, but I haven’t got any response from the team.
One fine day on 21st Oct 2021. Mr. Shiva Kumar- Branch Manager of Oyespace has agreed and sent me the email confirmation to refund the money from 21st January 2022.
However, I sent them the reminder email to get the confirmation on 3rd January 2022. Mr. Shiva Kumar, said that he has been transferred to some other branch of Oyespace and asked me to talk to Mr. Vinay, when I try calling Vinay he did not bother to respond or call back.
And later on my brother in law called Mr. Vinay and spoke to him and Vinay confirmed that he will check and confirm back and on 3rd January ’22, I have got again email confirmation and Mr. Abhishek has mentioned that refund would be commenced from 21st January ’22 as agreed earlier and the full amount would be refunded on 27th January’22.
On 18th January I got another email mentioning that, they can’t give the money because they don’t have money to give us back and they will refund the money in the month of May’22. I have made my plan accordingly, because of their failure I am suffering. This is show their behavior towards the customer and they can’t keep up their promises.
We even noticed that whenever we post our comments, someone will deliberately remove it shamelessly.
We have repeatedly intimated Oyespace that even the owner of the property is pressurized to vacate the place.
Unfortunately I am out of station due to my placement of the work, but it is too much for my elderly family member to take this much pressure.
I doubt Oyespace even address the grievances from the customers. And hence, I am seeking a legal help in terms of getting my money back from them.
As it drains me out financially as well as mentally. If anyone can help us here that will be of great help. Kindly share this as much as possible so that proper action can be taken.
I spoke to Mr. Shiva Kumar today (on 9th March'22.) He says that he has resigned from the job he can’t help us anymore and said kindly talk to Oyespace office. This is high time now, I have to file a complaint against Oyespace.

Lease agreement is expired by JAn 2022. But my lease amount is not being refunded by oyespace i am stuck...
