I have paid 12lakhs of lease amount to
Oyespace and when trying to connect with them to get the money back, all contact numbers are switched off and even the customer care number tells that the number is full and office is also closed and locked from outside. We cannot afford to move out as money is stuck with them. Have sold gold to take care of daily needs and thought taking a house on lease will help us in saving some money. Case has been transferred to Central crime branch. Kindly confirm if any one else has any update on this. It’s a humble request for any kind soul who can provide any update on this.

Oyespace is Harrassaing us by not vacating the apartment even after contract termination. They have not paid the rent from past 7 months. They have leased the apartment to tenant and are not paying her the money back also. please help us. our apartment is prestige sunrise park, B7113 and rent is not paid from May 2021. Every time they say they will pay on 15th or 30th and never pay.

Rent is pending for our apartment B7113 for 5 months.

I have spoken to the executive and given time till 25th Oct. if it’s not paid. My brother who is politically well connected will send a group of people both to your office and the apartment for collecting money and having the apartment vacated. I have tried enough to stop them but you guys have not left no choice for us.

This fraud company made an agreement with me on Oct 2021 to pay 25K rent and 1.12lakh deposit amount for the 2 BHK located in HSR 2nd sector extension.

Its been 4 months they have not paid a single month rent, and not vacating teh house also.
They have unprofessional employees, they dont respond to your calls and they shout at you, if you make a call and enquire about rent.
