Really fed up of the bus arrangements...😤😤😤 seat is not good... Sleeper too... Multiaxle but no charging points...
A/c not working... No air at all.. From chennai to coimbatore it started at 10:50 nearly.. It reached coimbatore at the same timing... Very poor customer service... When we ask even for route... The driver and the co-people who are in bus are behaving rudely... They're getting commission by getting extra money...

Cancellation of trip without alternate arrangements

I had made an online booking for a trip to chennai and back. The co called travel agents cancelled their trip without prior information. and when i called them up for making alternate arrangements for the same the response was really bad. if this is the value of online booking of tickets then how can anypone plan for a travel for some important meeting or interview through this kind of system....
