However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

i am ankit saxena.and my courier was registered on 30-12-10, courier no:[protected]
from delhi,laxmi nagar to chandwa,latehar(jharkhand). Till date i have not received my courier.It is very impoertant for me to get it.
on website blazeflash.com, courier status is showing that it is forwarded to dehri(bihar).but my courier destination is jharkhand.this status is showing from 3 days. Please forward it to right destination.br...
