Padma Gas Agency Complaints & Reviews

Padma gas agencies have informed by us about misuse of cylinders from an number which is not registered by us yet the message are being sent. We have tried to complaint about it to the company and they are not cooperative and irresponsible to the fraud. A very poor service by the company....

The delivery person is demanding money all the time for delivering the gas even though the charge is already included in the price. When we don't give them the money they demand, they behave indecently. I have been experiencing this issue for a long time and even took it to the knowledge of the Manager (Kumar) of my gas agency (Padma). But it has gone in vain as the same thing continuous and also they support their people without taking an action on them. My Consumer ID is CX15735529. Please look into this issue and take a necessary action to prevent this in future.

I, mvr murthy, bearing consumer no.17501 of lpg from indane gas agency named padma gas agency, warasiguda, secunderabad have booked for refill on 14.12.2018. I got message on 27.12.2018 that cash memo was generated. On 31.12.2018 got message that cylinder has been delivered. It seems that the delivery boy has diverted the cylinder by quoting that door locked. For your kind information we are staying with old aged parents, who just cannot move out of residence, so question of door lock doesnot arise. This is for kind information. Dear sir i md vinayath babu consumer is 34768 but padma gas agency delivery boys are talking ugly to customers and they are demanding more amount than cylinder price but they are charging additional 40rs from every customers that going on only in padma gas agency on delivery boys so pls take necessary action against them at night if they see the customers they are scolding bad words while they are drunk this is my no [protected] so i requesting u to pls do the needful

I take new connection from padma gas agency. He charged rs6500 for 2 cylendra but give me bill only 3000 for cylendra and 1400 for gas and not give me bill for balance amount. I asked him balance amt chages so he say insurence and security.. But he dont give bill for insurance and security.. This agency is in broadway near polish station.. I want to know what real chages for new connection.

Hi, I am an Customer of Padma Gas Agency which is located in Broadway, Chennai, Tamilnadu. Recently i shiftedmy home to nearby location. And i went to change my address in Padma Gas Agency. And they treated me very bad and the Owner lady her name is Padma. She doesn't know how to talk to consumer. She is treating us very bad. I don't know what Indane company is doing. Several complaints on this agency. You can come and inquire in Broadway, Chennai. Please cancel their Licence Indane.

We have home gas cylinder registered with Indian Gas and agency for our area is "Padma Gas". We book gas through online booking number and even after we receive confirmation to our moble that gas has been delivered we still not get that. Again we need to call the agency and they will say we will deliver. This happened many times and its open that they are selling it in black and after reminder they deliver to the orginal recipient. Mainly getting their numbers is big challenge. From past 3 hrs I'm trying to reach their 3 numbers and no response on their phones or its engage,

Can you kindly help me with this? This is not only my problem. In the same site you can see amny peole voiced this.

Always phone is busy, unable to book gas renewal, at
Indane gas PADMA gas agency, Warasiguda, Secunderabad.

This agency's people doesn't have time to attend to customer call and take the booking of gas, they always keep the phone aside, after trying for atleast one week, customer need to go in person and then book the gas.

This is not first time happened to me, its always the same and repeated again and again.

So, i request company to interven in this regard and make sure the service is done properly.
