Dear sir/madam
We r residents of model town panipat. Our house is near govt girls school, in our lane ppl throw garbage openly, sweepers collect huge amounts of garbage from houses and throw there just near the wall of govt school. Due to this we r facing hygiene related problems. Fowl smell comes from garbage and in our house even we can smell it. Several times we have asked these sweepers not to throw garbage here but all in vain. There is risk of spreading diseases due to this. I request u to take necessary action.

Drainage blocked by some people

I am a resident of rajiv colony gali no. 4 ward no. 7 near shiv mandir. There are some people who reconstruct their drainage at high level and make the drainage (Naali) narrow due to this water is not going ahead. As a result of it drainage water is collected and overflowed in front of my house and all over the road as well. This cause a lot of inconvenience and unhygenic environment in my area.

There is a continuously leaking open sewer in the residential area of preet vihar colony on barsat road, panipat. We have been complaining from last 1 year and no action is being taken. Sewer leakage leads to blockage of the road as well as the filthy smell makes the environment unbreathable. Also it serves as a home for the birth of many disease causing organisms as well as mosquitos like malaria, dengue. Kindly make some permanent solution for this leaking sewer. Every person in this residential colony is facing these problems.

Dear madam i want to inform you that in harinagar ward no 24 near bhagwan parshuram dharamshal road on the behind of dhramshalathere some illegal houses are builds on the land of nigam they are using that land for more than 10-15 years is this leagal to do if we say any thing to him he says i will put blame on you of sc/st act he is having a three wheeler which he willingly park in frount of our gate and in every morning when he starts it it exosts a very large ammount of smog which is so dangerious to health and i dont have to say so much there are three house in our road which were made illegaly on nigams land

I live in virat nagar opposite bal vikas school.. There is a empty plot in front of bal vikas school.. Plot no 4 virat nagar.. There alot of garbage there..

Municipality worker hardly come there to clean it.. The is very smelly and unhygienic.. Lots cows sit there and eat plastic and other dirty stuff.. Which is not healthy for cows and other animals.. Please get it clean as soon as possible..

Hi sir,

Sir i want to bring in your notice that the employees of nagar nigam are not working propoerly.

I stay in house number 180 old housing board colony and at the end of my house there is alot of garbage.

The person who cleans the road is responsible for that. He cleans the road & collect all litter and keep that at the end of my house.

Sir you imagine how it will feel as i come out in the morning i see litter gathered at the end of my house.

Sir i have also talked to him and requested him to collect this at the end of park where all others litters are gathered but he doesn’t listen to me.

Sir its really unhygienic and i request you to please see this matter and help me resolving this issue.

My shop PARI PRINTERS is at assandh road, near prabhakr hospital. employee of municipal corporation daily put garbage in front of my shop on both side. they make it dumpsite. they put it out from sewere and put it here.there is very bad smell .its very difficult to sit at shop and it effects my shop customer's.
customer dont want to come in shop .

This is to inform you that i have found daily garbage infront of my office.

I have already inform so many times to your department executives who takes the garbage daily basis but they deny to take it and the street sweeper didn"t come regularly. Please look into this matter urgently so that we can avoid epidemic in our area.

We are residents of sukhdev nagar panipat. It's been long to see an empty plot number 53 sukhdev nagar panipat. Few people are regularly throwing garbage in this enclosed plot. Around this there is a private hospital whose sweeper throws the bio medical waste ignoring the fact that how dangerous can this be for the people staying in this area. Besides this there are number of hawkers who run there fast food business because of the care free attitude and lack of responsibility towards the environment and are creating nuisance is this area and also dumping there garbage in this plot. After seeing this, other residents also started putting garbage in this plot. This empty place is becoming the new address of mosquitoes, flies, rats and lizards. Immediate action is required. Please...

Shiv nagar gali no 2 me 2-3 dairy hai jo ki apni dairy ki gandgi naaliyo me baha dete h jisse naaliya over flow ho jaati hai aur gandgi gharon me ghus jaati hai, dairy walo ko mana karne par wo ladne ko tyar rahte hai aur kahte hai humari nagar nigal me setting hai wo hume kuch nahi kahenge.

Please koi action lijiye aur humein bimariyo se bachaiye...

It is very disheartening to see that panipat municipal corporation is constructing road illegally in sector 11, huda, panipat (Near angel mall) only to favour an influential family named banga's having house no. 713 h with the involvement of former mayor bhupender singh. These people have already encroached the road in front of their house by making boundary wall, raising its ground level and making iron gate, thus making the public road as their personal area for enjoyment, car parking etc. Now municipal corporation panipat is favouring them and giving green signal to their illegally encroached area by making road inside their premises and not demolishing the boundary walls. Due to this the rain water drainage system has failed in this area creating severe water logging in rainy days. As such, it is requested to stop the work of road construction immediately and lower down the road level immediately to avoid the inconvienence and humiliation being faced by the residents of locality and to stop the game of wealth and power being played by influential people of society with the involvement of government officers.
Matter most urgent and needs immediate action.

Sir/ madam, i had not been getting my water bill for many months, probably due to up gradation of the department. Then in may 2017 i went to the office very far from my house they said flat rate will be charged as your meter is not working, this thing i didn't know as neither they have send me any bill stating zero reading or meter not working, i submitted written complaint, they assured it will be corrected, but now in september they have sent me again the flat rate huge bill... Which is not possible for me to deposit, is not it a loot sir??? Pl take some corrective measures and oblige sir thanking nirmal satija..

Mr. Om prakash, has been asked a number of times but of no use it was and on other hand we talked in panchayats so that the matter could be solved on market basics but he is the one who has taken no step. He has made the ground floor his godown for the storage. We respect his profession but he being a responsible citizen should see the others problem and see if they are not disturbed by his doings and the other half being not sufficient for the traffic causes jam in peak hours and lead to accidents many times. Further the garbage and waste products are all over on the road which also cause bike punctures and a very bad environment also, most of the ragpickers who are always here for selling their rags and drugs peddlers hence very unsafe environment again. The environment made hence is very harmful. Here they dispose of electronic things like refrigerator and air conditioner. The gases are directly disposed off is very harmful which can cause diseases. And this happened all on road which blocked the path for others also. With due respect, we residents of tehsil camp near maya ka gurudwara/ jattu ram chownk throw your vision on the matter that has been the headace for residents and the people of market on devi mandir road. Owner of the scrap dealer mr. Om prakash has made the environment very unadaptive. The only thing i want to request you that please take a strict action against it and help us to make free from this.

There is drain overflow on red light chowk past 2 month. Siver line blok please solve this problem as soon as possible very problem for ladies whose go for market. Trafic jaam problem main hol cover is broken passengers face problem to cross the g. T. Road. Must be big accident for this. We complete manny time in municipal corporation and l&t office but dosn't solve problem. Plese take action.

I have been almost all parts of india but have never seen the population of mosquitoes as in panipat. Surprisingly panipat corporation is not taking any initiative to control even after so many reported cases and causalities of dengue malaria. Please do regular fogging and pit filling exercise to control epidemics

Sir,
May some Goverment work, contractor Dug Ashram Clean and strong road within 30 minutes. And they said after done their job they will repaired the road.
They completed their work within 2 hours.
And cleaned all the road.
But after one month in front of my Yog Ashram they didnt repair and cleaned the road by now.
Many times i complaint to contractor but he didn't do anything.
Our Yog ashram has been providing Yog service to state since 1952.
Please do any strong action against them.
And do repair and clean our road.

Is bare mei mc sanjeev dhaiya se bhe mile pr unka khna hei ki thakedar hmari bat nhi sunte or jo tender ke 30 lakh rs the wo bhi khatam ho chuke hei ab hmare pas koi paise nhi hei.

Hello sir...m sanya jaglan from sector 11...i had given many times complaints n give a many times calls to sum person name babu ram...he gives every time excuses dat we r cumin to collect garbage frm last 5 dayz...n when v said to him dat v gonna complaint to senior officer dat u r giving evertym excuses...he said do wateva u want...dics means dey having no fear...so i plz request u to send anyone to collect all dese dump garbage...coz itz affects our peoples health...living in my society...

Sir, The quality of road under construction in our area is very poor. No drainages made by the contractor & neither the old drainage got cleaned. Only two layers of bricks added, that too in a shabby way, on the old drain. Request for a survey by senior officials.The old road demolished was in a very good shape & needed small repairs only but without any prior information/notice was demolished. wastage of public money I must say. The only thing needed is upliftment of garbage on regular basis. For months the garbage gets dumped and nobody comes to pick.Pls take necessary action.

To district and state.

No doubt that this building is being raised with the hidden consent of some officers
Who are not able to stop him raising construction on this huda land. Even after so many

In Panipat Subhash Bazaar, Kamla Street, at House No. 144/2, 145/2 & 146/2 these persons has increased the front of their house upto 10 feet approax. They covered the area of Nagar Nigam Land that is illegal. Few persons are trying to cover the area of Nagar Nigam & want to increase their house front upto 10-12 feet approax.

I hereby inform you that please visit the area & take the legal action against them & release the possession of covered land.

I am Sanat Vajpayee sending this complaint; on the behalf of all residents of ARYA NAGAR & BASANT NAGAR of paniapt. We are facing difficulty with the DEADLY STREET in arya nagar. We all have decided to boycott the state government and central government elections.
We are living in ARYA NAGAR,FOREST OFFICE STREET (RAJWAHA) PANIPAT.
This area is under NAGAR NIGAM PANIPAT. We all are paying house tax, electricity bills, water connection bills ,street light bills etc. But surprisingly there is NO-STREET made by any government organization.
All government politicians only want VOTE from us and after that they easily forget us.
Hail Government; for this worst work. I[censored] will not consider this application .I will forward it to central ministry and other state governments and media as well.
Please look at the picture of Road which is not only a risky road but also shame for government.
Former MLA from Assandh Mrs. Poonam Raj Rani is also resident of Arya Nagar panipat but even then there is no action for preparing this road from last 15 years.
This Road is famous as a RAJWAHA ROAD (DEADLY ROAD).
Please give us response as soon as possible.
