I visited your office numerous times but everyone just gives excuses.
Please pay the money back.

        I invisted in 2.00 lac rupess in sinc 2011 i am invisted in money in pan card club but they don't have any gauarantee when their mony will retrun to them
        this company is fraud our life earing we have invisted and we lost it all still we are wating for our money the office is closed not even number of enquiry
        last 10 year i am waiting for my money
        there is no chance to recovery of our money that's why we have to complaint

                Dear Sir / Madam,
                I have subscribed to 5 years holiday plan (MG-460) of Panoramic Group - Magic Holidays somewhere in 2011. I am entitled for 30 holidays plus 3 (free) as part of the package which is to be utilized in 5 years. First 2 /3 years I have utilized few holidays with great difficulty in booking but last one year whenever I request them for booking some or the other reason is given and booking is denied. My 5 year plan is near closure date. The group has taken an advance from me for entire package. But every time they give excuse that rooms are full and reservation is denied. I have talked / written to their reservation department and customer relations department. As both of them could not help I asked for their MD's details. But they are not sharing his contact details so that matter can be escalated to him.
                They are not granting me refund alongwith interest for unutilized nights. Requesting your goodselves to instruct them to return my money & interest thereon for unutilized nights.

                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  Myself Mr. Niranjan Zemse from Thane, purchased membership from M/s Panoramic Group of Companies in Feb 2011 for 03years (Membership MG536) Magic Gateway
                  INR 18,810.00 – 03 years membership plan.
                  After getting enrolled in the membership, self was approached by the marketing people of the company

                  On 29th March 2011 – Mr. Shrikant supported with Mr. Nitin Chawla – revisited with a revised plan for upgrading the membership to “Magic Holidays” – 25 years membership plan.
                  For the above I was provided additional information and benefits of the membership plan which was finally agreed with additional amount of INR 3,690.00
                  – said amount was paid by Cheque number 532605/ 29th March 2011, Drawn HDFC Bank Limited in the name of Panoramic Holidays Limited.

                  Below additional Benefits were intimated for enrolling in Magic Holidays
                  1. 06 nights stay – NO CONFIRMATION RECEIVED TILL TODAY 13 FEB 2012
                  2. Fooding Voucher of INR 4,000/ - NO CONFIRMATION RECEIVED TILL TODAY 13 FEB 2012
                  3. United 21 Disco Coupons – 05 – RECEIVED
                  4. Water Park Coupons – 50 RECEIVED

                  Following above benefits guaranteed, self made plan to spend holidays with my family members at Pancard Club Resort – Panvel, intimation of the same was provided well in advance to Mr. Shrikant, who later forwarded the same to the reservation desk. Delay was observed in forwarding the details from the marketing desk which resulted in Limited space booking with the provided date.

                  Booking was made from 22nd April 2011 – 24th April 2011, As there were total of 09 family members, Request was made for 3 nos Cottages, Booking was initially rejected with a reason of resort over booked & was asked to change the plans by the reservation desk, however after cross checking with the resort directly self was granted 2 nos Deluxe Rooms instead of 03 nos cottages.

                  As I was left with no other option & to avoid last minute cancellation of the plan – self made myself to the resort along with the family, however to avoid extra expenses only 06 members arrived at the resort on 22nd April & later on 23rd April remaining members arrived as Sweet Nestle was provided along with the 02 nos Deluxe rooms.

                  1. When reservation desk calls up why they are advising me to change the plans / reschedule & informing me to make reservations at least 21 days before ? Very daring attitude from the reservation desk – I was taken for a run behind the resort directly to check for space !
                  2. Instead of cottages deluxe rooms were provided – Agreed, but how come sweet nestle booking was found the following day ?
                  3. With the short booking – self ended up paying extra per person charge & also full amount of the reservation of Sweet Nestle – Is anybody liable for this rather than reservation desk ?
                  4. Fooding voucher of INR 4,000/- which was suppose to be provided – Never came till date, Self could have saved this amount also at the time of stay in the resort – who is responsible for this ?
                  5. If commitments are not followed then why Marketing people are following and making unnecessary commitments which cannot be fulfilled ?

                  From the stay 22nd April 2011 – 24th April 2011, Cash payment Total INR 15,000/- was done at the time of checkout, Lucky I was carrying the cash with me !

                  My earlier visits to the resort when I was not having the membership, I still recall the Star Services I got from the resort directly, I was never denied a booking, but after I got enrolled, TWO times I am rejected for reservations.

                  Top of all - I was surprised to receive a call from the Panoramic Group(19th May 2011) – for upgrading the membership from “ Magic Gateway” to “Magic Holiday” / following this line Iam sure I have been completely misguided by the executives of Panoramic. If not so then why INR 3,690/- was took ?

                  With the regular follow up for approx of 09 months, I have received a reply from Panoramic Group stating that My membership is on hold and no further bookings will be entertained.

                  I have taken membership from Pune (White-studio) and i asked them to give me booking in RED season and the staff is very supportive they done my booking for allepy resort one of the best resort i have seen so far for 3N-4D. I utilize my 4000rs food voucher without paying anything and the food was mouth watering. Their services was superb.. i Love it.. Thnxx to Magic Holidays all my family members are happy.. No complaints...

                  My experience from Magic holiday / panoramic world is that they are not keeping their words. They are not open and honest. Hence opted to cancellation of the membership just in 7 days. However, struggling to get back my money.
                  May God save the members of Magic holiday / panoramic world.
                  It will be of great help if any one guides me in getting back my money from them.
                  Should I file police compliant against them?

                  Hi I recently got enrolled with Panoramic Holidays Ltd. The executive gave me detailed information about membership and other processes.I was very much clear with my season and apartment I owned. It was very much understandable that if I upgrade season I'll have to compromise my nights and if if degrade season I'll get bonus 2 nights.

                  I am very much happy to tell all that my very first booking was on enrollment offers given to me. To test these guys I degraded the season but demanded 2 rooms against it. SURPRISINGLY they offered me the same. They gave me my booking and I visited Ooty with my colleagues. They also enrolled when we returned and against their enrollment I was given referral benefit which was adjusted in EMI's.

                  This is good that there are no hidden charges and no queries kept when you enroll. But there are many benefits that they don't discuss and give it before you know it.

                  The very basic thing is IF YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT YOU CAN USE IT AND IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY OR IF THERE ARE ANY DOUBTS WHO WILL PROVIDE YOU SERVICES??? TO ENJOY THIS WE MUST BE CLEAR WHAT WE ARE BUYING...

                  Please note that some of thier members might have nice experiences too, otherwise they cant stay in the market for 2 days. The issue here is the fraud transactions. i have been teaming up with people whom they have cheated like me to take our cases fortward.

                  I am a victim of this company's fraud. I was called many times by their customer care executive to attend a one hour presentation. In this presentation they presented their 1.57 lakhs holiday plan for 25 years. I was unwilling to pay this money upfront so they offered me gift vouchers worth INR 40, 000. They asked me to pay 10 percent upfront and rest in EMI's thinking that I would able to utilize these holidays and also buy stuff for me worth 40, 000. However, to my dismay, I recieved a call from their Mumbai HO and they again told me about the plan adding that I would be liable to pay INR 5250 per year as maintenance fee which adds up to INR 1, 30, 000 for 25 years and it makes the total amount to INR 3 lakhs insted of 1.57 lakhs, for which they gave the presentation. To add to this I was told that there are no vouchers. It was total fake which there sales person offered to get me into their bait. I have been duped of Rs 15, 750 to which they are not refunding saying that after 10 days the amount cannot be refunded. I was neither shown any such rule during the presentation nor did I sign any such agreement. Why would my hard earned money be not refunded?

                  I am totally frustrated and want to take them to court. They are running a Ponzi scheme and would try every ting to get them punished.
