Sir,
1. I have paid the complete bill of Rs 45673 being a concessional amount due to ONLINE PAYMENT vide transaction ID [protected] on 29 Sept 2021. It is for the property node -KH-14, BLDG-1, PROPERTY NO -471, FLAT -L-489.

2. However, I have not been given the discount meant for the domicile Ex-Servicemen residing in Maharashtra with only 'ONE PROPERTY "

3. That is because my name in the property tax bill has been entered incorrectly as s d solanke,

4. The correct name is Brigadier SURESH DNYANDEO SALOKHE as per the Aadhar Card [[protected]] Copy submitted at Kharghar Extension of Panvel Mahanagar Palika to Mr Phake.

5. The area mentioned in the bill also needs to be corrected by actual measuring as NO ONE HAD VISITED TO ME.

6. I had sent number of emails for the benefit to be given to me as per the Balasaheb Thackery Scheme announced by the State Govt vide their letter dated 23 Nov 2020 for the domicile Ex-servicemen for ONE PROPERTY. E mail also sent to Mr Mankame a after speaking to him and [ My email ID is brig.[protected]@gmail.com] after submitting my Ex-servicemen Identity card from Maharashtra as well as from New Delhi Army Headquarters.

7. Kindly amend my name as per the Aadhar Card, correct the area for taxation after visiting my flat and grant the discount meant for Ex-Servicemen.

8. I have sent a WhatsApp message with details after speaking to the respected Aayukt Mr Gansesh Deshmukh on 28 Sept 2021
