Paranur Toll Plaza Complaints & Reviews

We are residing in Perundurai at Erode District. I owned a Maruthi Vehicle no. TN56A0691 which is in Perundurai today. But I had received a message today morning at 9.03 am which my vehicle no has been debited Rs 70 on 27th february 2025 for toll charges by Paranur Toll Plaza. But my vehicle is in Perundurai and it has been debited wrongly from my Fastag account. Kindly take necessary action in this regard and refund my amount.

Even though multiple time raised the issue in paranur toll plaza counter (Local pass), they are not supporting hdfc fastag. They are supporting only icici.
So i bought local pass physical card, afterthat also they are deducting daily fee in fastag also. (All lane they activated fastag)
How i can collect my money back?
If i ask, they are not responding properly.
Anyone please help me to fix this issue....
