I am writing regarding an ongoing issue happening in Paras Tierea.

I have been living in this society for over 5 years and never faced one issue until last year.

However, ever since the authorities, the President and the management has changed, I have been facing many issues.

The most recent lift accident is well known and it’s appalling that the President was responsible and yet he is still the President.
This man has caused a ruckus in the society.

Last night I witnessed a female guard hitting a resident, a male guard hitting a man and such incidents have become quite often.

I feel scared to get out of the house or to even say a word to a guard as my safety goes at stake.

We are facing the problem in our society with mad dogs under 2nd basement parking area, There are 3 to 4 dogs are available and they were directly attack on residence when they going to parking area to park or pick tour vehicle.

Address: Paras Tierea, Sector 137, Tower 15, 2nd basement parking area.

Please look into this issue otherwise any big incident will be happened.

I am a resident here and really worried about how this builder is looting us. With coming of prepaid system for electricity, the charges are almost thrice to what they actually should be. Unfortunately nobody is willing to listen. There is no clarity on meter charges and maintenance charges.
With huge maintenance charge as well, the people staying there have to pay extra for everything..
Electricity bill is not clear in terms of charges and the charges are very high compared to the actual cost in noida / per unit
There are ton of complaints lodged with electricity board but no action is been taken especially in noida sectors.

I am a resident of paras tierea and really worried about how this builder is looting us. When we were paying the bill directly to board the bill was genuine but after the prepaid system they are charging almost thrice. Unfortunately nobody is looking after this. I am a resident of paras tierea sector 137 noida, at first we used to pay our electricity bill directly to the electricity board and got genuine bill according to our usage but since last 1 year they have made recharge system combined with common area maintainance. Now we are paying almost thrice the amount we used to pay.

These people don't even listen to the issue.

Paras Tierea, Noida is offering the possession of flats. However, they are unwilling to show the flat to the owner before taking possession. This is against the contract and totally unlawful. It seems that flats are NOT READY and they want to collect all the money
