DEAR SIR/MAM,
I HAD PURCHASED UNITS FOR A SUM OF RS 2500.00 FROM THE COMPANY PARASRAMPURIA PLANTATIONS LTD. The folio no. is SU02859.The company has issued a post dated 27.12.2007 Canara Bank, Nariman Point, Mumbai cheque of Rs. 2500.00 against full and final refund of Maturity / Buy-Back investment in the company vide their letter no. 04/2004. I have presented the cheque to my bank for encashment but the cheque has been returned due to insufficient fund.
In this regard, It is requested to you to kindly take necessary measures so that my money can be refunded with interest because it is big money for me during COVID-19.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that.

My self Jagat Singh Chauhan and I have done the investment in 1993 to M/S Parasrampuria Plantations Limited against the scheme Green Earth Unit POILO no. UF-1007289 . all installments are paid on time. but not received any single maturity amount of investment. The investment I have done a long ago in Parasrampuria Plantations Limited and are expecting the maturity amount to be paid back.

Also, one complaint latter has sent to PARASRAMPURIA PLANTATIONS LTD acknowledge the same on 4th November 1999.

Application no. 1893207, Foilo no. UF1007289

Kindly register my complaint and help to get invested amount ASAP.

I WOULD LIKE TO BRING THE FOLLOWING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE FOR DOING NEEDFUL AT YOUR END PLEASE:I HAD PURCHASED 32 UNITS FOR A SUM OF RS 80,000.00 FROM THE COMPANY PARASRAMPURIA PLANTATIONS LTD., MITTAL TOWERS, A- WING-III FLOOR, NARIMAN POINT, MUMBAI-400021.THE COMPANY ISSUED THE UNIT CERTIFICATES DATED[protected]., I SENT THESE CERTIFICATES (AFTER DUE FORMALITIES) TO THE COMPANY FOR REPAYMENT OF THE MATURITY VALUE TO ME.BUT THE COMPANY FAILED TO MAKE ME THE REPAYMENTS.THEN I SUBMITTED MY COMPLAINTS IN THIS REGARD TO SEBI.
THE SEBI VIDS ITS LETTER NO. SEBI/PLTN/ACK.REF.NO./2009/0027098/01, DATED[protected],INFORMED THAT "SEBI HAS ALREADY INITIATED PROSECUTION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE ERRING ENTITIES AND THEIR DIRECTORS". AFTER THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN HEARD FROM THE SEBI FOR THE REPAYMENTS.EVEN AFTER ABOUT 17 YEARS OF MY DEPOSITS, NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AGAINST MY DEPOSITS.
