I am pravin eshwar ghanghav apn. No.[protected] my dl test was conducted on 3rd nov 2017 in dy. Rto jalna..
He failed me in lmv because i was not appointed agent to do my work, jalna rto has everything done through agent. He gave me a reason of failure isn't true.
That is you wasn't wear a seatbelt..
Every file of license has a signature of agent in left hand corner, if there is no signature of agent they are asking directly...

I stay in malad in mumbai. My son applied for learners licence, when he gave his details about address, the rto showing was andheri branch. When we went on the appointment date we were told that malad comes under borivali branch. Why then on the website it registered under andheri branch? I have done the payment also which was asked online. Why the payment also accepted? Haven't the gov updated their website? What'sgoing on?...
