Had purchased 3 shirts during Feb 2021 from Lifestyle. White striped, navy Blue plain and Brown & Gold Stripes. Probably would have washed twice or thrice.

Found tear near the collar region for white short after wash, informed the same to the sales executive at store on my visit but i did not take this seriously. Today I wore the navy blue shirt the third time and see that there is are small damages near the forehand.

None of my other brand shirts are damaged because of the machine I use or detergent I use. So pls introspect on the reason and provide a solution.

As I wrote you about Shirt full sleeves day before yesterday, I think I have given you the details of the product and the reason for making complaint. I hope a reputed company with a branded product (Park Avenue) need not require much about it.

One should be proud of its product and when a customer write(s) or complaints, that means you need to look into it rather than sitting on it.
