Passport Application form Complaints & Reviews

i have applied passport through online...
web fille numbers are being generated but the appointment date is not generated and the form which i have filled is not available again...
as soon as we press save option after filling the form details..the link is reconnected to its home page only....

i contacted the passport office also dey said its not there mistake..

how can i get the form reprinted...

Respected sir, I have posted the Passport Application Form on 28th of July and it's been more than 4months,I don't have any clue where are my papers ARE?. The speed post psssport service are not taking any action to get the things done,They are blaming each other ( one is blaming to the regional passport office and the other is blaming the speed post dimapur, but my complain is that where are my papers) I should get the Passport...

I have sent my passport application to jabalpur speed post center in August 2008 and i have not received any kind of acknowledgement as well as File reference number for my application.
