I amwaiting for 1hour that time want some water i ask water staff they told hear no water no water specilities

I'm complaining about staff

Warm greetings,
This is kindly bringing to your notice that, thanjavur passport seva kendra (Tamil nadu) staff behavior its not up to the mark, they are very rude with customers.
They giving response as per the customer profile, dressing and look
Government employee shouldn't show any partiality, yesterday (14/12/2017) i had a bad experience with most of the staff, as a public most of the people doesn't know the procedure especially however come first time to passport office. Counter no. A 17, way of talking very very rude and irrespective way approaching, counter no. B1 or b2 he (Wearing lord iyyappa garland) insulted me very badly infront of everyone. Everyone is human being, they couldn't understand others mentality especially how hundling the customer.
Mainly lady staffs and apo approach is really nice and down to earth, among the passport office group i can find only this people has some humanity.
I am really apologies for this complaint message, because this is my experience yesterday. Kindly accept my letter. Please do some action against staffs however not treating customers properly.
