I paid rent 4500 but it's not deposited

Dear sir, i have not received payment. I have made payment of rs. 19500/-, but not received to the said account, no one responding on toll free no. [protected] /
[protected]. And even reply to my mails, i have send mail to [protected]@pay2ghar.com, [protected]@gmail.com please do help and guide me so that i can get refund regards ajay prajapati - [protected]

My money is not credited amounting rs. 19500 on date: 29/11/2019 on pay2ghar application for paying the rent to the owner. They said that credited within 3 days yet not done. But the company is not paid to the house owner account. When i am trying to called so many times but it tells the phone is busy. I put a complaint in mail. Kindly resolve is as soon as possible.

I paid my tent through pay2ghar application.
The transaction was successful but they have not credited in the landlord account.
They are scamming people as they don't credit the money. I have read many complaints about them.
My name is lakshay khunger. The amount was of 5000 inr and they are not responding on emails and also not answering any calls. I have been trying to call them from the day i made this payment. I am attaching the screen shots for the following. The transaction was done on 7/11/2019

I deposited 25000 money to pay2ghar app on[protected] for paying the rent to the owner. But the company is not paid to the house owner account. when I am trying to called so many times but it tells the phone is busy.

I put a complaint in mail. They told me server is busy and we deposit tomorrow.

After that
Everytime they give same answer in mail only

But the company is not deposited money in my account or land lord account

From last few days onwards the company can't give the reply to me

The company is cheated me
