Paying Guest Accommodation Complaints & Reviews

I am a student of Delhi university and as many students from middle class family are facing problem in finding proper and good pg's in Delhi in my budget. For last three months I was staying in pg in Malviya Nagar on third floor of style n xs salon and the owner mentally tortured me for various reasons during my stay and finally she increased the rent by Rs 2000 without prior notice .I am unable to pay the same amount so decided to shift from that place but the owner reduced various charges from my security amount paid my me to her in the beginning . the security was Rs 18000 and gave us near about Rs 10000 after deducting electricity bill of Rs 1500 which was genuine rest she deducted for various non genuine charges.
I don't know how to compensate me and my family for the mental harassment we all suffered and the financial loss we faced as the owner pranita mehendiratta is not listening and answering any of my questions. All the girls in the pg are facing the same problem . Moreover she is smart enough that she didn't gave us any receipt for the payments we did to her or any proof that we stayed in her pg inspite of regular requests to provide us with the receipts but yes she has made us fill a police verification form which should be with her only. And one important fact that she never allowed us to deposit the rent in her account as she said that her ca has said her that she can not show more amount in her account. There in no proof that she is running a pg over her salon, we got to know about this place through a facebook post that is the only evidence we have, so there is chance that running this pg is illegal. She never listened to any of the problems of the girls!! she used to treat us like her slaves. we have gone through extreme torture there, we were forced to vacate the room at 8 pm as she asked to leave the premises in 5 minutes. being girls its quiet risky for us to find a new place with all our stuffs. also she used to threaten us every now and then to leave. she used to shout on us without any reason troubled us every 10 days with new matters, and forced us to sign a one year contract with her.
Lastly i request Indian Government to look the matter so more students like me can come forward with their problems and the basic motive behind writing this was that we the future of India should raise voice against any wrong things we are facing as we know we have powerful hands behind us.
