Message confirmation from HP Gas and accordingly i have followed the link done payment for Rs 586 through paymantra site on 28/05/2020 time: 10:57
transaction No-[protected].

Successful payment done shown. But i am not got the delivery against that booking order seems to be cancelled but payment is not reversed.

I have made payment through the gate way booking no 513673 customer no 625741.

Payment has been deducted from my account but neither got to HP gas agency nor refunded to me...

When I was booked gas cylinder, I also paid payment via paymantra gateway. But payment doesn't receive same amt to distributor.Delivery boy took cash payment from us.

I pay for hp gas refill by sms link of paymentra the amount is successfully debited from my account but I can not received confirmation massaging or any info and when I check states of my booking shows payment is cash on delivery means company can't recived money please help me to return my money

I have booked a hp cylinder on 3/3/2020, and paid rupees sum of 875.50 through upi paytm digital payment to paymantra by above mentioned link of transaction number is [protected], showed payment success but the distributor not recieved the money till now,

I make payment to my hp gas via (Paymantra) but, my hp gas distributor denied to accept that i made the payment. He says he didn't receive it.
I wait for hours to hours but, no use.
Please give some response. And i am unable to find customer care number of paymantra. Can you send me that number if someone got it. Or tell me the solution. I want my refund

I have paid amount rs.731.22 to paymantra online by net banking vide transaction no.[protected] on[protected] at 6:02 am, but not paid to the gas agency dealer, so my above said amount refund in my bank account, being at the time of booking hp gas consumer no.506952 on[protected] this link send to me on my mobile for payment/service but payment not deliver to the concerned supreme hp gas agency still nor any service provide me, so my above said amount is refundable by paymantra, screen short of payment paid to paymantra success is attahced

I paid the amount rs.619. 74 via the above link and got the successful transaction message. But when the gas delivery came the distributor denied for the online payment received confirmation. However, the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it. If this is the case i will never dare to do online payments.

From these link but my payment isnt showing and my bank deducted my money. Bank debited amt to pos-citrus pay. Rs 710... From bank of india. Date 23 june 2019. Plese solve my problem and refund my money
