Message confirmation from HP Gas and accordingly i have followed the link done payment for Rs 586 through paymantra site on 28/05/2020 time: 10:57
transaction No-[protected].

Successful payment done shown. But i am not got the delivery against that booking...

I have made payment through the gate way booking no 513673 customer no 625741.

Payment has been deducted from my account but neither got to HP gas agency nor refunded to me...

When I was booked gas cylinder, I also paid payment via paymantra gateway. But payment doesn't receive same amt to distributor.Delivery boy took cash payment from us.

I pay for hp gas refill by sms link of paymentra the amount is successfully debited from my account but I can not received confirmation massaging or any info and when I check states of my booking shows payment is cash on delivery means company can't recived money please help me to return my money...

I make payment to my hp gas via (Paymantra) but, my hp gas distributor denied to accept that i made the payment. He says he didn't receive it.
I wait for hours to hours but, no use.
Please give some response. And i am unable to find customer care number of paymantra. Can you send me that number if someone got it. Or tell me the solution. I want my refund...
