Dissatisfied with revoked LMS video access from Pentagon Space Co. No response to my May 26, 2023, email. Despite reaching out multiple times, my concerns remain unconsidered. Purchased on Feb 23, 2022, with a commitment to lifetime access. Sudden removal disrupts education, contradicts assurances. If not restored promptly, I demand a full refund due to inconvenience. Urgently seeking resolution aligning with your promises. Immediate attention to this matter is expected.

They said that they will be providing a laptop and a phone for the work for which i have to pay 2.5k. I paid them 2.5k. Then they said that their logistics truck has already left so i need to pay 3.5k so that they can send it to me form other logistics. I paid them. They then said due to some bank issues they didnt receive money so i had to pay 5k again. Today they said that the cops have levied 3k charges. They again asked me to pay 3k....

I was asked to pay a deposit amount for laptop and a phone of rs.15, 000/- saying that it will be refunded, when i denied to pay the person called me impatient and my earlier money also wont be refunded but the person is not picking up my calls anymore. I'm a student and this is a very huge amount to loose, i am very desparate.
Please help me get a refund.

The company's hr named kaabil singhania ([protected]) asked to pay me a sum of 6000 rs. As secrurity to receive the company's laptop and phone.
After having paid this person he stopped replying or sending me the offer letter.
That is when i called him and asked him to cancel my candidature and return my money.
He said it will take him a few days but he did not send me any official mail or receipt and i am scared of all this being a fraud.
I am attaching the screenshots of my payments and the hr's conversation. I also havethe call recordings of the same person.

The company asked me to do a security payment of ₹6000 for the mobile and laptop which will be refunded next day. But i got no refund. I was asked my bank details and my adress. Infact i received no laptop or mobile. I applied for hr but they offered me post of finance and since, i was interested in both, i accepted the offer. Also, i asked for bank account no. But they asked for tez or phonepay mode.

Mr kaabil sindhania from pentagon india has first recruited me for HR role.Then told me that there is an urgent requirement for finance role and had a call conversation with me .In the call he explained about the role and the laptop and mobile being given to us.So first he asked for 2000 at first for logistics charges and then again asked for 3500.we have paid first 2000 for it.But we have doubted him so did not pay the next 3500.Please help us with the refund.
