Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am Komal, from Kapurthala (144601). My Adhara card number is[protected]. I am very disappointed from your poor service.

Bus number (PB09 X 7697) from Kapurthala to Jalandhar bus time :- 8:25 am .

Bus conductor's behavior is very rude. He is not doing his duty properly. Many times he didn't stop the bus at Bus stop of Guru Amardas Chowk, Model town Jalandhar. I am travel in this bus from last three years and this is never happen before.

I request to conductor many times not to do so but he is ignoring it and behaving rude even shouting on me in front of number of people in bus. It is creating problem for me. I am private employee and i reached daily late on my work, result of it my employer also angry on me and imposed daily late fine.

I have also complaint in local office in Bus Stand Kapurthala. But they are not responding in this matter.

Sir, I had travel to patiala from bhawanigarh at 6:15 on[protected].the driver of that route bus had very rash driving and using mobile so many times during the travel from bhawanigarh to patiala which shows the negligence towards passengers life who travels in that bus i request the authorities to look into the matter and punish the driver as he is responsible for the safety and security of the passenger but he is not showing the same and this act of the driver is very irresponsible and negligent the duties towards the safety of passenger and i also request to authorities to instruct him to behave in proper manner to the passengers
I have photo and vedios to prove the same if required.

I am writing this complaint to inform you about conductor's rude behaviour as i asked him to give me a ticket for ac bus from patiala to delhi and conductor gave me the ticket of normal bus, when i asked him to give me the account bus ticket he refused to give me the ticket and told me to travel in that bus only. When i asked him to return my money he didn't have me my money back as i 'm a central govt employee i told him that i will complain this behaviour, he said do whatever you want to do.
