EPF Name Change
Dear sir/madam
I am working with Peregrine Guarding Pvt Ltd, Vedanta Goa Office as my name is changed in epf before marriage and i have changed my name after marriage for that i have several times submitted joint declaration to employer Office regarding same but they didn't change my name and now they tells me that your EPF issue you have to solve yourself own otherswise they will terminate me from my job.
Kindly do the needful

Before marriage name Pritam Mahesh Sangodkar and after Marriage Shreshta Shrajay Prabhu
Necessary documents submitted like, marriage certificate
Joint declaration 5 times
Aadhar card
PAN card
Bank passbook copy
Election voter ID card

Dear sir, I want to deactivate my two UAN,[protected] and[protected] company is not giving exit date, company is not cooperating me, since 14 months my PF is deducting and my UAN number is not credited to[protected] number[protected] UAN though I have aadhar card back link. Close soon my UAN no company is going to link

My pf process pending before 6 months. I
online and offline two method corrections
process but no any work.my uan name
worng so I meet supervisor and all papers
provided but my supervisor provide before
3 months only date.so I request my claim process.

I have already worked in PEREGRINE GUARDING PVT LTD, company was good but my personal reasons I am relieved that company on 07/02/2016, my EPF number is 29027/73402, so kindly update my last working date in my EPF account, Because I apply my online PF amount .

have already worked in PEREGRINE GUARDING PVT LTD, company was good but my personal reasons I am relieved that company on 07/02/2017, my UAN number is[protected], I have already resign but not update my date of exit so kindly update my last working date in my EPF account, Because I apply my online PF amount .
