I received the perfume today damaged product received..msgd them sent a video as asked now not taking my calls or responding

They are selling cheap smelling oils in the name of perfumes. This site should be banned and need a thorough beating from the public I simply want my money back, scammers and fraudsters

I recently ordered 4 perfumes from perfume labs website on the 17th of Jan 2023.

- Order ID: 38439

- Delivery date- 27th January 2023

Below are the versions that I had ordered:-
1) Version ID PL0189
2) Version ID PL0204
3) Version ID PL0132
4) Version ID PL0252

The order that I received is Order ID: 38438 and the versions that I received are as follows:-
1) Version ID PL0189
2) Version ID PL0125 x 2
3) Version ID PLO244

I sent a request via the IVR support and email support on the website to replace the two PL0125 and PL0244 with the following - PL 0204, 0132, 0252. I have still not received any correspondence regarding the replacement or refund.

Need the same to be done as soon as possible.

I ordered a product on 19/09/2022 and they told me i will get my product in 10-12 days. I still haven't received my order. They don't reply to my calls they don't reply to anything. They won't refund my money.

I placed an order on 28/09/2022 and paid for it using UPI (online payment) as they did not offer CoD option. They assured me that my product will be dispatched by 03/10/2022 and in my hand by 05/10/2022 but they haven't kept their promise. They are unreachable by telephone calls, emails and even Instagram direct messages. This is a rip off and I would like to pursue legal action against them. If they want to avoid all of it then I request they refund my money back and also compensate me fairly for the stress, trauma and loss of time chasing them.
