I received the perfume today damaged product received..msgd them sent a video as asked now not taking my calls or responding...

They are selling cheap smelling oils in the name of perfumes. This site should be banned and need a thorough beating from the public I simply want my money back, scammers and fraudsters...

I ordered a product on 19/09/2022 and they told me i will get my product in 10-12 days. I still haven't received my order. They don't reply to my calls they don't reply to anything. They won't refund my money....

I placed an order on 28/09/2022 and paid for it using UPI (online payment) as they did not offer CoD option. They assured me that my product will be dispatched by 03/10/2022 and in my hand by 05/10/2022 but they haven't kept their promise. They are unreachable by telephone calls, emails and even Instagram direct messages. This is a rip off and I would like to pursue legal action against them.
