Dear sir,
I invested rs. 5000/- infruit fortune of perutek services ltd in december 1995 for three years. A post dated cheque against the maturity amount for rs. 10000/- was issued with the agreement documents signed by some dina karan. But the company’s offices at nehru place were deserted by the year 1997. The maturity value was not paid to me, which was due in december 1998. Folio no. 226 reference receipt no. 788

I invested rs. 10000/- in agrigold teak plantation series –i of perutek services ltd in march 1995. It was promised to plant teak saplings in my name. And after 12 years the teak wood produced was to be sold on my behalf and the proceeds were to be paid to me. The maturity value was not paid to me which was due in march 2007. Folio no. Agi-i-2053.

Dear Sir,
I have invested Rs 20, 000/- in Peru Income Bonds and I was issued with post dated cheques.
Thereafter I Came to know the company management has committed the fraud and enquire with the Sebi & co.law board they have advised me to file the complaint by dcmt notorised. I have done all.
Now I just want to know what is the status of the official liquidator of the case. Whether any refund is going to be received...
