Petrol Bunk Complaints & Reviews

This is about the Hindustan Petroleum corporation limited, which is located at plot no 2&3, survey no 109 to 111, chaitanyapuri, Gaddi annaram, Hyderabad(which is taken from google maps).
today morning(i.e, 03/08/2022 at 9:00am) I went to petrol bunk as mentioned above, I asked for 500rupees petrol, but he filled for 100.62₹, then i asked him to make it for 500₹.
He didn't even made the machine reading zero, although he started from 100.62 and filled up to 398.8 or something change lessthan 400, he charged me 500₹
This shows that the bunk in capable of keeping the proper working machines which is located on national highway, and improper workers.
so please take some action on this incident.

I need help to send a legal notice to head office against a branch manager who literally ignored and didn't take any action over his/her employee. Fyi it is a private company.

I will make this simple, please do let me know what actions can be taken legally against that employee and branch manager.

I felt like humiliated and helpless when the manager ignored my complaint.

hello, my name is archana, i usually take my kid to school by bike. i usually fill petrol at BHEL township petrol bunk which is beside the bus stand. every time i fill petrol i notice the reading, a dark colored man who fills petrol always try to cheat me by stopping at prior reading, then i have to ask him and then he will fill. in case i dont notice he will fill less than what i asked and cheat. each time he does that. i think he cheats only ladies as they are not keen on observing the readings. today 24.8.13 i filled petrol for 200 rs. usually for a week i fill for 200 rs, so that i go and come back with my kid without issues, by filling so, the needle would stand stand full symbol. but today i filled for 200 rs, the reading ran as fast as train and later i noticed that the tank was only half filled. i dont know whether i'm the only person cheated or all are cheated. why are they cheating like this. even we work hard to earn a penny, then why public are not served for what they pay. every penny is important for me. though ladies come out and compete in the world these cheaters are waiting to cheat and take away the money. the dark colored person will not accept his fault at all, and i dont know the language to fight with them. please send any warning so that other people also don't fall under his pit.please take immediate action
