Always said normal petrol not availble, but available he donot fill the petrol

The Petrol pump staff committed a fraud by not pumping the petrol in my activa. The vehicle stopped after going a 100 meters distance. When we reached petrol pump and enquired, the lady manager at the petrol pump started using rude words and improper behavior. Please take action as several complaints were previously filed against the petrol pump

A lady at petrol pump named Sampat fuels Indore Madhya Pradesh refused to take paytm on 03/April/2022 at 9pm as mentioned by her that she needs to make an entry for it so paytm will start in morning. At the same time some has done the paytm there. Is this the way they use to give their services to the customers at petrol pump

The delivery boy has no knowledge and the manager Suresh refused to use the CitiBank Indian Oil card points despite mutiple request.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I visited your Petrol Pump on[protected], Located in Industrial Area Apposite to Sector 12A, Panchkula,
Haryana.

All the Customer assistance boards are kept empty, no information regarding rights, Ambulance etc are Empty.

The small board containing SO mobile number is hanging to canopy.

I had some issues there, for which I had written a complaint in IOCL Complaint book. But after waiting 1 month and 21 days, I called the Sales Officer Sh. Vinod Sunda.

I asked the SO that why my complaint is still pending. But he was not clear about the complaint and Asked me to give time and agreed to meet me on 27-09-21.

Still busy in my job, I kept waited for SO’s call. But the SO didn’t reverted.

Kindly help me in this regard. I am giving you the bottom lines of my complaint. My complaint was

1. Is there any Guidelines of IOCL which says no vehicle can be delivered fuel when that fuel is Decanted in the underground tank.

2. Always bad behavior of DSMs.

I'm G.sreekanth(piler town, chittoor district, andhra pradesh-517214)I'm going from piler to kallur..I went to every petrol bunk.at piler to kallur..even any company of petrol bunks..not fueling the petrol to vehicles.they are sleeping how much we put horn to they would not come..and to police to be support them only..they don't fuel..and checked my verification.and they said dont stand here go far away..how can we go without petrol..the workers are sleeping at rooms..why should they work.then at petrol bunks at making night shifts .., , waste of the petrol bunks..no bunk is good with ttaking measures..all are not even indians I think..how much we are facing struggles ..if any pregnancy times, accident times and on emergency times..if we have to reach our destination..places., ❌please make some measures nd take some serious action on these things..thankful to urs fr need o[censored]rs to our society..to our indian country🌟🙂

I had filled 200 INR petrol in my vehicle at Indian oil petrol pump (Kodumudi-638151, Tamil Nadu) yesterday. They didn't provide the receipt/bill for that. So, I forced the pump employee to measure the petrol filled in the tank. I observed that he didn't measure the quantity filled in my tank. I had travelled just 20-25km, but my vehicle went to reserve. Because, the petrol pump employee filled the petrol for 100 INR only. I have asked them about that, but he behaved rudely and scolded me with very bad words. Also, he threatened me if I complained about him.

There is no seriousness in staff & seniors.
I wait for 15 Min for Air and i have also inform to their senior staff they were seated at office near petrol pump.
I wait for 15 min but staff isn't come for air service.

We have asked the petrol pump person to fill the petrol in Activa, which has already petrol in it and he has filled petrol of 5.08 Litres, where as the activa petrol tank capacity is 5.3 L only, when demanded to check, they are threatening. I have filled petrol for 10rs in bike, and I got only half of the one ltr water bottle. They cheating customers openly, and if we ask anything to them, they simply answering to go compliant.

I had filled ₹ 110 petrol in my vehicle at indian oil petrol pump near virat nagar, ambad link road, nashik 422010.
But when I forced to pump owner to measure the petrol filled in tank I observed that he failed to measure the quantity he filled in my tank.

I'm use to fill petrol in my bike from RR Petroleum (Indian Oil), Hurawali tiraha Gwalior 474006 (M.P) but there is no facility for free air service. But there is vendor of puncture. when i fill the air by them so he demands for money. so please I'm requesting to you resolve this problem. Thank you

Yesterday i have filled 100 rs. Petrol, and find that petrol meter is not getting up then i told to filler person and he said, no problem, some time it happens, fuel meter point not getting up but petrol is inserted.
I have also seen last time when i was there, someone complaining that you have not filled petrol how much i have paid.

There is diesel per liter not coming full.. As on date 23 jan 2020 evening we went to bunk to fill diesel in our bus our bus fuel tank capacity 350 lts but petrol bunk people filled 360 lts.. But before we are filling diesel in our bus already 80 ltrs are there.. Even i complaint to police local they also supported them..

They are cheated people and they are not allowing to take back diesel from bus... We informed to them take back 350 lts from bus that also they are not accepting.

Plz take action on these bunk.

I went to essar bunk for diesel and they were not pouring the diesel with liters... They were pouring in an amount... I asked them why you are doing like that...

I talked with owner and he said that "we are selling in rupees on not in liters" i got a doubt and argue with him...

After the argument we are tested with 5liters jar by that testing i found that incomplete of jar and i take photograph of jar... I will attach that pics

My request is take an action on that type of fraud bunks...

On this petrol pump less quantity petrol is filled in my bike.
He started from previous reading.
He doesn't reset.
When i see this he starting to say meter problem.
Then i go towards the manger he doesn't react on my problem.
Then all staff and manager shouting me.
Then i call proprietor she also doesn't response on my problem she is also shouting me..
All staff, manager, proprietor are very rouid very bad behaviour..

(Hp fuel pump) kamod cooperative petrol pump at kailas nagar, nasik aurangabad highway, nashik, is cheating with their consumers when consumers demand more than rs 200 petrol they purposefully split it into rupees 50 and 150 or remaining amount this incident took place with me 4 times i asked them why you have done this they answered me that they have listened 50 same answer was given 4 times. I demanded them reason for the same the couldn't give it. So sir please look it into this issue because many will be suffering with these. Thank you

I got sick called spike to manager and she said no problem gave her a call later on when better. I called she said job gone. Manager marg (?) marg manager called me later that same day and ask me to come back the next day and i did. In Karnataka district Davangere city most of petrol pumps are not serving air felicity from past 6 years please take action agenest who are not serving free air fecility.

I m talking about the petrol pump just outside the dr. Sn medical college jodhpur where the worker denies to fill normal petrol instead they say we only have power petrol, when i asked them they said 'light nahi he' and he was lying.. This happens everytime.. I hope you will help us..
And once i went there he use to divert us so that he can start his reading from 50 when we ask to fill for 100

The petrol pump located in kalpi rd, gola ka mandir, gwalior, madhya pradesh, does not provide accurate petrol, on 8/07/2016 around 10:00 am, when i go to take petrol at this petrol pump i told the employee working on that petrol pump set the amount of 200/- he started the gear, but he stopped gear by hand forcefully to stop petrol in middle.

It will happen day by day at this petrol pump. And sometimes they said always that i could not set the meter for the fixed amount of money like 100 or 200 etc. If you want petrol, then take otherwise go another petrol pump. I also told them i complain against you then they told me you couldn't do anything of me and police is also can't not do anything of me.

When i told them regarding their cheating, they always ready to fight and told me that i will always give petrol like as i give. Their manager is also supporting them to cheat the consumers by giving less petrol.
So i request to take necessary action against them so that consumers can get full petrol.

This petrol pump have 4 styles for filling petrol :

1) They always puts pump outside its pump hole, when we ask for Rs. 50 to 90 they will press switch from hole or beside to it or some other style, the meter will shows 0 but we always get lesser petrol from this method (May be we get only half or 60% petrol). I am sure...

2) When we ask the petrol for Rs. 30 or upto Rs. 40 or 45 then they put the pump inside its hole and takes it out, the meter
shows 0. Through this method may be we get 100% or may be less petrol. I am not sure...

3) When we want petrol for Rs. 100 or more, the pump handle which kept always outside its hole, they are dialing Rs. 100 from digital panel, after that they presses switch from hole or beside to it or some other style, the meter will shows 0 but we always get lesser petrol from this method also (May be we get only 60% to 80% petrol). I am sure...

4) May be the right method is that they put the pump handle in its hole only and type the amount from digital panel. with this method the petrol will may filled full its quantity, but they never use this method even when we tell to do it.

- May be they done editing in their pumps to do this type of cheatings.
- Please take action against them and check it through all these styles and other ways.

This complain is regarding the impure petrol available with kerosene oil mix at the "TALBAHET FILLING STATION" , Operator of this petrol pump is Mr.Rajeev jain as per his father is having a licence of kerosene oil so he is using that by mixing it in the petrol and diesel for the sell. please beware of this cheater and do not purchase any product from this petrol pump.

i want to know that what is requirement for doing compaint against petrol pump.

Actually there is petrol pump at bapunagar and some workers are doing cheat with customer while they are filling petrol. i see this thing 5 times at there.

so i want to know what can you do for this type of cheating.

I just caught fraud going on petrop pump located at Hinjewadi, in front of Meza9 Hotel, Pune.
These guys before filling the petrol, do not make the figure on the machine to ZERO.
They try to involve you in some talks like "Sir, you want any bill" OR "Put more 20 Rs. you will get this much liter of petrol".
I had told the guy to put petrol of Rs. 1000. He purposely set it as 200. Then I told him again to change it to 1000.
Then another guy involved in credit payment and the first guy put the petrol 800, telling me that he already put petrol of 200.

It was because of my presence of my mind I caught him.
I appeal to all the readers to be alert while doing these process.

I was coming from Delhi On 31st December night along with my wife and small kid (2years)and stopped to take the diesel in my Tata Safari car from Indian oil gas station which was located at NH-8 just before the Rajokari turn.

I told the filing man to fill up the diesel for Rs. 1000 and observed that their meter was not showing the correct measurement. They filled up the fuel of Rs. 870 and immediately after that meter stopped at Rs 1000.

I had a justified argument with the pump guys but they started the unreasonable talks and then after I called up at 100(PCR) to inform police to get the required justice.

I had waited for almost 3 hrs for the PCR and the police person named (Kanwar Singh) came from Vasant Kunj police station and immediately after that the owner of the pump also arrived. They both had some discussion. I was told by the police person that we had disturbed them on New year eve and started telling me that we had called them just because we don’t have sufficient fund to pay then that`s why we were doing this mess which was totally not accepted by me and I requested him to file a written complaint against Gas station. At the end police person refused to hand over the complaint book to me and told me to write the complaint on the plain paper and assure me that I will get the call from the legal authorities but till yet I haven`t received any call from them.

I am writing this just because to make you people acknowledge about all this.

For you reference I am working on Senior Manager post in US MNC (Gurgaon) which comes under service industry and thinks that it’s my required right to have a require service from Indian service industries also
I had already paid Rs 1000 from my SBI credit card and have the receipt for this.

this is to bring to your notice that the petrol pump functioning in CURCHOREM, GOA is not working during the power cuts as a result of which the the customers are facing lot of inconvience. THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO WAIT HOURS TOGATHER TIL THE RECOVERY OF POWER. AS THERE IS NO GENERATOR BACK UP.

Your company's petrol pump dealer Mauli Petrol pump at Baner Road Pune is following questionable practices by distracting consumers and filling in less petrol.
The Modus operandi is when you ask for petrol the person filling the petrol asks you to see ZERO on metre. Once he starts filling petrol, one more person will come to clean the windscreen (front glass) with a wiper and will ask you to start water by pressing your own spray system on front wheel. You get distracted in doing all this and he fills less petrol. On 20 August, 2008 I caught him doing this red handed doing this. He took 1000 Rs from me and filled petrol of 800 Rs only. The meter read 13 litres instead o[censored]sual 16 litres. He gave me the bill worth 1000 Rs. Immediately after this and told me done after shutting my peterol tank. On seeing the bill I realized that petrol filled had to be 16 litres and on confronting him he said it was done by mistake. Earlier 3 times same thing had happened. On screaming and demanding that I want to put the complaint in your complaint register no body buzzed. It took me more than half an hour to be able to get the suggestion booklet on which I lodged my complaint.(copy retained) While writing this the manager came tried to assault the Mr. Sandeep physically for the wrongdoing as he filled the petrol and then told me that he will give me petrol worth 1000/- Rs free. As I have Santro car it 's petrol tank cannot take petrol more than 1500Rs. He gave me some petrol free to shut my mouth. But I realized that people are beiong conned at this petrol pump from such a long time. One more person confirmed to me that they do the same. Pls look into the matter urgently or it requires upscaled to the higher authorities about the rampant cheating. This is the 3rd tie same episode happened and each time we are getting 50%-75% petrol of the price we are paying.
Pls reply with what action you are taking against it.
