However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I was working with M/s Ramky Infrastructure Ltd. in the year[protected],as they are deducting PF from my salary. Now I have left the origination in the year 2008,and I want to withdraw my PF amount what ever is deposited by company. From last 2 Year I am consensually in touch with my origination and PF office, But Origination say that they have given the clear instruction to PF office to release my funds by PF...

My PF withdrawal application was submitted to Bommasandra Regional PF office on October 06th October 2009; MY PF No is: KN/BN/23909/1617 by my previous company is Strides Arcolab Ltd, Opp to IIM, Bannerugatta road, , Bangalore -560076. PF AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED
Hi,
I have applied for the withdrawal of my PF of my previous company HTMT GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD, Chennai in May,2008. As per rules I should have got the money in 30 days of my application. Since I am not staying in Bangalore, I cant go in person to EPF Office.
Could you please help me to get my own money from my PF account.
