PG owner has thrown me out of the PG in midnight by using the abusive words and vulgar language just for asking the cut in water facility. Moreover the condition of the PG is also not up to the level. The paint on the wall has gone and the doors also broken down. There is no CC camera also. I hope you'll go through these issues so seriously and take a necessary action against him.

HI TEAM,

My pg owner is asking for the full rent during covid 19. I have already given him the rent, when I was staying in MARC H, then they started to provide same food after the next day and the timing were also changed of food preparation. Usually it was 8 am in morning, but in that stage they started to prepare between 11 -1 pm, saying ki koi khata hi nhi subhe .So I moved to my hometown asking him same that I am going to my home, and I will pay whenever I will come back to PG for those days. he said no problem. on june 15, I called him and asked what is the status now. He told we are preparing food the same way earlier we do duing covid, so I asked what about those who go to office, he told we prepare tea and chapati only for those 2-3 only, not much.Then he didn't ask for any rent..after few days he called me and asked for rent.I asked for what? HE told the room rent of june, I said, I am not living. He told all are giving.I requested and asked OK, I will pay, but I didn't eat food and used electricity, please do some decrement in total amount.HE told he can't, then he did only 1000 only . So I asked can I pick my luggage as I don't have any work and can't pay for july month. HE told yes and I payed him june month rent. Before going I called him and told I am coming, he told you need to pay May month also, I asked you didn't mention on that time call. But he said I need to pay. I said why didn't you called me in may and I have already told, I will once I will come to PG back, if you want I can pay for luggage only but not complete rent.He denied by saying everyone is paying. As buses started in JUne month and I went to my PG to pick the luggage, I asked to call PG owner, he told you can't talk.I asked you should have called, he told yesterday PG owner have come and he want all months rent and he lost all contact from his smartphone for three months so he couldn't call. I requested to decrease the amount then he asked for April as well, I asked for April government has already denied, but he told same the pg owner wants.He wants full. I told before living I have already discussed that the time i wil come, I will pay, but still I payed for june month, but he told we can understand, but the PG owner is asking to pay. We don't ask to pay for three months but the pg owner wants.I asked him to call hime, he denied.So I asked this was dicussion between us then where the pg owner came from. Now I am asking for PG owner then you are not calling him. I asked that I can't pay for April month as per government rules, for May all transportation was halted, even I didn't live for june as well but I payed full understanding him even he didn't told me on calling two times, if you want i can pay for luggage only rent but he wants full payment. Please suggest on this, as he is changing everytime by adding something new.

The owner took the rent, 8500, for the whole month of august and is evicting me on 22nd august only saying since i gave the token on 22nd july, one month is complete and i have to leave or else i have to pay 3500 more. Even though i started living in the pg frm 5th aug, i paid for the whole month. She is forcing me to sign the papers with those dates and i refused. Can steps be taken against her?

i have some serious problem at the pg that i am living in.
the owner's name is lalit sharma most serious problem is that her wife does not cook proper food neither she gives proper meal to eat.he is doing a lot of harassment by screaming on small 2 issues.treating like slaves.
keeps on fighting and charges extra money by making some or the other reason. does a lot of mental torture.
and now he is asking to leave the pg because he has got other new girls.He is also committing a crime by not registering her pg.
it is illegal as he does not give any receipt of the payment and does not pay any tax.

please do something about this. other girls have already suffered, some are suffering and others who are going to come will also suffer.
