I ordered on 25th sep till now i didnt receive my order already it has been crossed 10 working days and i prepaid the amount through credit card. I sent so many mails but there is not even a single reply from site which i sent too. If i didnt receive the product i will go legally and how facebook will allow all this fraud sites to trap the people, we are loosing trust on genuine online shopping sites because of all this fraud sites and there...

On the date 24/09/2018, on the facebook page, saw the advertisement of sarees and dress material on phonocart.in. According to the advertisement, a sari online purchase and payment of rs. 399.00 is done by internet online banking. After making the payment the sms was found as below.

It is about my order number 39009. Order ed on 23/9/18. Still now it is not delivered and i have paid money through credit card. Kindly help me to get the details or refund of my money. I had ordered a product on 28.09.18. I made prepayment online. My ordered no. Is 44161. They told me that product will be delivered within 10-12 days. But
Till now product not delivered.
Today i mailed the company but no response also till now neither sms or email received.
I want my refund back and if company is fake then legal action should be taken against them....
