I had installed pine labs brand emi machine in feb 2017 for which i gave a security cheque of rs 9725/- to pine labs pvt. Ltd. It was cleared in bank on 10 march 2019. Recently i have uninstalled & returned the machine back to company on 7- june 2019 and regularly communicated with them for security refund. After so much requests my issue id was generated on 5-july-2019. But since then neither did i received my money back nor any further...

On 17th of august 2017 i made an agreement with pine labs pvt ltd to provide me one swipe machine. Regarding this i made payment through cheque of rs 3950.00. Since then the company personal mr. Roon talukdar and mr sazid ali just telling lie. Till date i have not received my machine.in the month of dec. 2017 i requested for refund, till date no refund also. I have mailed several times but no response from their side. So i am bound to complain....
