Paid for gym but I'm unable to join due to pregnancy. They confirmed to rejoin anytime after delivery. Now they are deducting 3months in package When I check with the corporate office they say branch is not under them.

Hi this is poongothai, from pollachi . here they are not providing certified trainers past two trainers r beautician one still.working and in evening batch college student giving training to us ... Iam coming here for past 4 months still i dint get what is zumba dance dey jus giving exercise with little movements .. While joining they said we'll give physio but yet they dint show wat it is even ...and those trainers and the person who franchise the gym they jus cornering me for doing exercise with my frnds they are not encouraging people for doing exercise they all hurting me by using the word where is ur gang ... And they ordering us to not to take any equipments ...in every gym they allowing ppl to use every equipments only thing they say jus is replace it correctly but here they all r ruling and bullying people with hurting words ... They r not moving n frndly manner ... It's not worth actually ... I cant do exercise peacefully ... I came here to get peaceful mind and get out my stress but here they giving stress by using their words especially akshaya(trainer) ... If it continue like this refund my money ...

My name is Keerthi, I have enrolled for 6 month TRIM package service Rs.15, 000 in Pink Fitness center on Sep 2021, Periyar Nagar branch in Chennai. After starting the Gym work outs for couple of days I have faced health issues with continuous dizziness, when I went to doctor for check up and came to know I am pregnant. Soon after I have informed to Pink center since I am pregnant I am could not able to continue gym service, could you please refund the amount after deducting days I have visited to your center. Initially they have refuse to refund the amount after discussing for past one month they said we can refund only 50%. For this I am not agreeing since I have not utilized service not more that 5 days and I have informed to you within 10days of joining your gym. Could please provide any solution for the same ?

Harassed me to strain and do exercises in the name of women's day celebrations..
Utter nonsense happening killing the spirits to keep fit and active..
Beauty is when I filed a complaint on their e mail address provided...it says address does not exist!!
Since it is a franchisee owned outlet I don't know whom to address it to...
