His company is taking people in trouble pls take a tough action against it as much as possible. They call me and forced me to give money otherwise they will take a legal action against me even they sent me the wrong file which is unable to open and they told me that this is my mistake and torcher me like a criminal. Pls help me against this 'pje enterprises company'...

I am a b. Tech graduate, for some financial help i was looking for part time job, when i encountered with pje enterprise.
They assigned me data entry task.
I was not able to complete it due to technical & health issue.
Now they are asking me to pay 7900 rupees, they have sent me legal notice from advocate associate.
Sir, i have given my aadhar number to them as well.
Being a student i was looking for part time job and i am in great trouble now. I don't have money to pay them.
Sir this is wrong, this company is misleading. I have attached the legal notice which is sent to me today itself

I got a call to get registered and sign the agreement and then now they are not providing and work and expecting it to finish in 15 days.. or else we have to pay them registration fees. Seriously why are such companies allowed legalities.. why are they not banned and put behind the bars.. they are just sitting to loot people.Consumer court should take action against this and give justice to people

This company is a fraud company. My friend hemant giri he had applied for the online work.. He was asked to sign an agreement which he didn't sign but had accepted it through an email i'd. They didn't gave him any work. And now asking for 8000 rs. They are calling from the name of sunil patel advocate and asking for money. Please help. They are fraud. Please don't even join this company. He is calling and messaging him for money. And also sending legal notice. Please take some serious action against this.

They approached me saying that they pay for form filling work @ rs.2000 and sent me sample form. I was told each form will take only two minutes to be filled and i have to work for about 4-5 hours a day at the most to complete 100 forms per day. At this rate, i will have to 1200 forms in 12 days and achieve an accuracy of 90%. I need not pay any advance registration fees, but from the first payment to me they will be deducting rs. 4400 for registration fees. They said, if am willing they will send me an otp on my mobile which i need to enter in the format they will send me. I agreed and entered otp sent to my mobile phone. After that they emailed me an agreement having pje enterprise and myself as parties. They said this agreed has been signed me digitally.

The forms to be filled which they sent were differed drastically from the sample form they had sent me and it took more than 10 minutes for each form for completion and on the first day, i worked till 4.30 am next morning to complete 100 forms.in this manner, i worked for six days. I was totally tired and told they i cannot continue and wants to quit. They demanded money from me. Now they are threatening me to be sued in a court of law. Please help me.

I joined pje enterprise for work from home job. I signed an agreement which said that if i do not meet the deadline then i have to pay 4900 rs. I did not leet the deadline and now thr company people call and say i have to pay 18000 rs. To them. I actually paid 18000 due to fear. Please help me out. I dont know what should i do. Company pje enterprise ek fraud company hai ye logo ko darakr unse pese magti h. Ye esa kam deti hai jiski file tak open nhi hoti hai aur dhokhe se logo se agreement kra leti hai. Aur time poora hone par us agreement ko dikhakr dhamki deti hai ki vo case file kar degi mere khilaaf. Aur ek legal notice bhejti hai mail id par. Jisme m. Patel bakil hote hai jinka address tak nhi likga hota hai us legal notice par. Jisme 7 din ka time diya jata hai aur ye company 7 din poore nhi hone deti hai roz phone krke torcher krti hai aur pese ki demand krti hai. Is company ke sare numbers par spam hai aur trye caller par fake loot company, fraud company, fake online company, in name se save hai inke numbers. Inke bakil se llb ka full form poocha vo bhi nhi bta paye, sb fake bakil h inke.

The company pje enterprise calls me daily and called me today many times. The person whi speaks told his name punit patel and said himself as a advocate but even he don't know the full form of l. L. B when i asked him he became silent for a while. All they are cheated people mostly students and make students in fear by a redtape of case in criminal court. He asked for money every time and disturbing me by calling hour by hour. They have nothing to do except doind fraud with people and bag money everytime like a bagger.

Then they make you work like a horse according to their plan which also is completely fake and computer generated which will not be used anywhere. Then they give a fake qc report which leads to them blackmailing for money. If you refuse they start terrorising students and unemployed to give up their money which is not even stated in their fake agreement.

This company asked for money for no reason. They made a agreement by cheat and now a day they forced me to make a payment of 4400 a behave very rudely. Also they messaging me everyday that they file a case against me at criminal court and you have to come at surat court if you don't pay the money.

After 15 to 16 days now they sent me a arbitrary notice on my mail and when i asked them about this they asking to pay the utility charges which is 4400 and after that also it totally depends on the company if they want to settle or not. I asked them that i dnt have any money and due to their insecure site i could not even log in to the link how can i work? They did not reply anything rather said to pay the money otherwise they will file a criminal case against me. Patel said i can settle the case outside the court and after that also it totally depends on the company if they want to settle or not. I asked them that i dnt have any money and due to their insecure site i could not even log in to the link how can i work? They told me i[censored] don't want to do the work I pay paynaulty I just fill the form that form information is not right and I don't want to do this job the form they provide data is not correct actually I saw other people compalint actually they create one legal agreement by saying digital sign by otp without showing agreement first .
I told them I dont want to do that job they tell me to fill paynaulty and when I saw that form there are mistake in form so I think it is fraud so please help me to save my money

Patel and said to give 8192rs to companey through the paytm or bank also give me details of bank. The details of company are ff. Bpoworks.in. Advocate are said he give me notice of indian contract act 1872 section 17 plz help me what i do.
