In 2018, i applied for work in pje enterprise for data entry job. I didnt do the work successfully so i played the amount they told as fine. They then asked extra amount and hassased that they will go to court if i dont pay. Since i was in a critical part of my life, i played that amount also. It costed my rs.20, 000 total.
In 2020 january, they again called me stating that the agreement is not cancelled and to cancel that i still need to pay rs.12, 500 and for digital signature, i need to pay rs.18, 950 rupees and harrassed that the will go to court in delhi if i dont pay. After i payed the money, they are telling that digital signature server is not working so you have to come to delhi tomorrow and present myself and also approximately pay rs.65, 000. I asked them to send the court case cnr number but they didnt share. After searching related to this company in google, i see that they are a fake company and many people have already complained on this company. Please take necessary action on this company and close it completely so that other people wont be affected.

Nearly 9 months back i took data entry job from them.. But after completing the cutoff form also i was not able to submit and they asked me for money to extend else they will go for legal action. So i payed money and took extension and after completing work, they told its not proper and i need to pay money for that. Now they calling me and sending mails telling to pay rs 26k else they will send me legal notice. Its a kind of harassement and threatening to pay. Please let me know what to do.

Once i worked with pje enterprises for part time job (Typing). Later i cancelled the deal and settled full and final amount and got noc from pje enterprises. But now i am getting call from advocate shikha patel (New delhi) ([protected]/[protected]) mentioning pje enterprises has filed a case against me. To settle this cas outside the court i have to pay amount to pje.
Plz help regarding this... Even after i got noc, they are calling.

I had not worked even a single day and had already settled my dues on 25 oct 2018 they also gave me noc letter on 25 oct 2018. Now on 22nd january they send a mail and also a call prior, asking for more money or they would take legal action.. Please help with these king of blackmails... I'm unwell facing lot of health problems, please help resolving this matter

As i had got so many calls stating that calling from pje enterprises for online work, they had said that to open the mail and enter the otp in the mail, so i had enter the otp in the mail, after some time i had received a mail which includes of agreement and acceptance letter, the work said in the call and our work is totally different, hence, they said to pay the money. I sensed fraud has happened to me. Now, they have sent me the legal notices through there lawyer advocate Rajiv Singh..Let me know what should I do?

I have registered in pje enterprises co. And i give my adhar card for verification. The made agreement and give 15 days task to fill 1500 forms. But when i start filling the form on 15 jan 2019 the data is inappropriate. When i ask to send data in appropriate format or deactivate my account. They tell me you have to pay 4900/- for this. Plz tell me the solution for this.

Sir i wanted to work from home and ms. Riya patel from pje enterprises contacted me. But due to some personal reasons i couldn't complete my work. Today there lawyer called me saying that they had send me notice on 8th dec, i informed them that i have not received any such notice. They said that they had send it and that i should pay them other wise they will go to court regarding this issue i told them that since its year end i don't have money with me now and give me some time they refused it and indirectly threatened me. I contacted riya again saying that i had not received any such notice and since its year end kindly give me sometime but she was like you should speak to the person who contacted you, i told her that she was the one who contacted me and that i don't have any other contact, she transferred my call to her lawyer who was damn rude.
Again i called her up and told her that i don't have any other contact and asked her to help me. She said she will forward me a number. I never received the number and when i tried calling her she disconnected my call and when i called her lawyer he literally screamed at me. Kindly help me with this issue.

Patel and advocate sagar sharma ('[protected]@gmail.com') and penalty intimation notice from lawyer advocate raj sharma and they are asking me to pay the 7900 inr which includes 4900 inr for utilities charges for company and 3000 inr for lawayer charges i have paid that much amount then they asked a another charge of rupees 13190 to close the file then sent me a noc letter then yesterday they again sent me a mail stating ur case is reopen you have to pay 11950rs, you have to pay this amount by 5 and then now they are asking for 50, 000 more or else they will file a criminal case on me. I asked them that i don't have any money as i am jobless. They did not reply anything rather said to pay the money otherwise they will file a criminal case against me.

I have not signed any agreement. They are sending fake agreement copies without my signature anywhere on it.
On my email id, they sent signed agreement (Without my signature on it) and acceptance letter (Written on their own without my signature on it) from email id of '[protected]@onlineformfilling.com'.

They are having copy of my driving license which i sent on email. Please help me they are saying to pay amount which is required. They have sent legal notice on my email.
There are many complaints against this firm online. Necessary action has to be taken against them as it is resulting in mental harassment to lot many people.
Someone please advise, i am going through mental trauma because of them. This is an open and shut case of blackmailing.

Sir a madam from this company called me and she said that u r applied for part time job i said yes then she said send me ur id then i send it and she said that they will give me the job and then she said that i do not need to pay any kind of money but when i sign the agreement then the bond come through the mail has been written that i have to pay 4900 sir i belong from a poor family how i can pay this amount sir plz help me.
They called me by this no[protected] and now when i called this no then no one receiveing my call.

This company gave me a link to login which was not secure and when I called them they said mail us but spoke rudely on phone. After 12-13 days now they sent me a arbitrary notice on my mail and when I asked them about this they not only asking to pay only the utility charges which is 5200 but the advocate Suraj Patel said if I have to settle then I have to pay 5000 and after that also it totally depends on the company if they want to settle or not. I asked them that I dnt have any money and due to their insecure site I could not even log in to the link how can I work? They did not reply anything rather said to pay the money otherwise they will file a criminal case against me. From last two days I have been receiving sms from them that they will send hard copy of notice to my residential address. Someone please advise, I am tensed. Pje enterprise — home based fraud job


Dear sir, as i have mentioned the enterprise's name. I had enquired about the work provided by the company. The girl representing her name to be sheetal seth @ mobile no. [protected] asked me to send my adhar card to know about the details @ email [censored][protected]@gmail.com. I did the same. They created a notary by using my details grom the same. She again called me & asked to click on a link where it was not written that i was agree to work for the company. When i got a message by company to access my user id & password. I called the same no. For many times to get to know the matter. Even i messaged the same no. That i dont want to work for the company. Still did not got any reply from their side. After 20 days from all this issue i got a call from no. [protected]. Who is telling himself to be a lawyer & said either to settle the case or they will take me to the court. When i have not worked for the company. Not even having any details about the company... Why i should be liable for the same. Pls help me to get rid of all this. As i am already unemployed i am not able to pay any penny to them. They are cheating people by the means of making them fool in a smart way. Pls help. Plss. Pls make my complaint get solved.

The people from pje enterprises legal dept. Called me and said i have to pay the due amount because of the work undone. Even i already settled my dues earlier, now they are sending me a text and asking me to contact on this no. [protected] otherwise they will send me the hard copy of the notice to my residence. This company gave me job to complet 1500 forms in 15 days after that i search about this company on internet then i understand this company is fraud so after that i have stop work and then after 15 days they call me and told me to pay 4900 their regsitration fee otherwise they will send notice to my residental adderes and they will file case on me because of that now am getting afriad and i cannot answer their calls and messages so they are sending me messages frequently to afriad me

And charging me the penalty for the work which i did not get. Please help me.

The user id provided to me was invalid and i continously tried to seek helo from the conpany and i got no response. Now they are thretening me by sending me mails for a legal action.

This company is taking me in trouble pls take a tough action against it as much as possible. They call me and forced me to give money otherwise they will take a legal action against me even they sent me the wrong file which is unable to open and they told me that this is my mistake and torcher me like a criminal. Help me how to overcome this problem.

I have started online form filling work in month of october 18. I was been told that out of 1500 forms you will have to correctly filled 1350 forms or you will be charged 4900/- as a penalty for not completing the work in span of 15 days. Unfortunately i could not complete 1500 forms in 15 days. Their office bearer contact me from [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com and asked us to pay 4900/- as a penalty. Initially we ignored but after a week we received a called from advocate vijay chauhan - [protected] asking us to pay 22920/- as penalty charges on immediately on 12/11/2018 or the penalty will be 45000/- on 13/11/2018 in account of sanso enteprises, surat, sbi bank and he will file a case in court for the same. I was scared and manage to pay 22920/- with the help of friends. On 14/11/2018 i again got a call from advocate vijay chauhan - [protected] asking me pay rs.28600/- to terminate the 11 months agreement or penalty will get increase. Again he was scaring me that he will file a case against me in court. I again paid him rs.28600/- on 19/11/2018 in account of sanso enteprises, surat, sbi bank.. Advocate vijay chauhan has promised me to close and terminate the agreement. But on 28/11/2018 i again got a call from [protected] and asked me to pay termination fee of 4 months more or he will send me summon from local police station. Sir/madam, i have been already looted amount of rs. 51520/- by this gang. Kindly suggest me the way forward to get back those money, so i can get rid of the problem. Advocate vijay chauhan assured me after the payment of 51520/- nobody will call me in this regards. These people are forcing me to do suicide. If anything happened to me the whole gang will be responsible for the same.

This company is the definition of disgust and shame. First, what they do is create fake agreement terms all by themselves on a fake stamp paper, and they claim to have the signatures of their victims on them accepting their conditions. Then they make you work like a horse according to their plan which also is completely fake and computer generated which will not be used anywhere. Then they give a fake qc report which leads to them blackmailing for money. If you refuse they start terrorising students and unemployed to give up their money which is not even stated in their fake agreement.

I am a student and searching for online home based jobs. And find this company offering 30, 000 for filling online 1000 forms in 15 days. If i failed to do so they will fine me 4800. For this they also send me a online agreement stating above all this about the work. But when i joined i found their site down, i also complained for the same on call but they didnt rply. And now they are sending me notice that they will file case against me and asking me 25, 000.
Now how can i get out of this situation? Please help me i am a student only.

please ask them to cancel all my documents, and i didnt want to work in this Enterprises ever .

But i've completed 1489 and 11 were remaining but we tried submitting. It was not working we've clicked on submit before time but it didnt work and after sometimes my all forms are missed and show 0 form completed. I complained but they didn't response on that mail in which i attached the screenshot showing 1489 forms are completed. Today they called me and asked me to pay 7000 and take an extension to complete all forms and sumbit again. This time i didnt trust them so we said we wont pay. But they are threatning us that they will take legal action against us if we dont do so. It' s a fraud company and people dont talk nicely they are so rude. Please help us regarding this issue.

Myself manoj kumar, one day i had recieved a call from a number and they send me the agreement on my email and say to enter the otp, and give a id and password which is not secure and also not work properly, i couldn't access to this id, after 15 days they call me and a notice to my email, and demanding money, if i not pay they sent hard copy to my residence

I got a call for online work, they send an online agreement and when I opened the agreement, an otp was send on my phone and automatically it scanned the otp and get submitted .
They told me that there should be 90%accuracy, they had sent me the user I'd and password but when I tried to access the site, their site was not working properly.
After 12-13days they called me and told me that I have not completed their work and I have to pay them money.

They have send me a soft copy of notice but in that notice also they haven't mentioned any company's detail .
The advocate name was mentioned as MM Patel with 2203/2016 enrollment number.
Kindly suggest, as they seem to be fraud and fake company.
Please take an action against them and ban such company

This pje enterprise has been asking for money after they have given workload on some online forum which does not even appear real.

They said in their agreement that i will have to pay 4900/- if i am unable to complete the workload in 15 days.

I started the work only to earn money. And now they are asking for money that too 7800/-.

They appear to be total fraud. Please help and suggest how this can be settled.
