This company is a fraud company. I had applied for the online work.. He was asked to sign an agreement which he didn't sign but had accepted it through an email i'd. They didn't gave me any work. And now asking for 4400/-rs. They are calling from the name of dipak patil advocate and asking for money. Please help. They are fraud. Please don't even join this company. He is calling and messaging me for money. And also warn to sending legal notice. Please take some serious action against this.

Last month i registered to this company and they gave me login id and password.
Due to some family problems i was not able to complete work. I sent a mail to this company that i am not able to do work given by you and they replied "no problem its ok" but yesterday they call me to complete work or submit fine. As i am a student i am not able to pay huge amount of money. This company is fraud please take action against this company.

Myself mohit pandey, one day i had recieved a call from a number and they send me the agreement on my email and say to enter the otp, and give a id and password which is not secure and also not work properly, i couldn't access to this id, after 15 days they call me and a notice to my email, and demanding money, if i not pay they sent hard copy to my residence

As i have complained about in my first complain, as usual they have started sending emails and msg demanding fir money and some mr. Rakesh jadhav is working with them. I don't know how many people have become a easy target for them. They have given i'd and password which is false and and after 14 days they start calling and asking for money. K request consumer complaint to please take some action against these types of companies.

They are daily sending me many sms and emails stating i have to pay them 8000/-
Within 7 days otherwisee they will file criminal case against me. When i called them realting to insecure website nobody received my calls, i called them 10-15 times but no one received and now after 12 days they have all the time in this world. Why there is no action being taken against them? I am not libal to pay anything to them. These threat sms are very frustrating. They are literally harassing and this needs to stop. Please help

I was searching for job from home and got a call from pje enterprise they basically asked me fill bank forms, when i got the forms the information seemed very fake. Like the names and email i'd also the website was not secured so i goggled and saw all that this is a fraud company so i didn't continue to work, now on the 12th day after joining the directly send me a sms saying they have filed a case and i have to co operate for further proceedings and next notice will be send to me and i have to be present in delhi in court. I already know they are fake but how do i stop them harassing me? Please help

Out of the blue you get a call from them and email stating for the job and the conditions.

The work was assigned and was expected to be submitted after 12 days. There were issues with the software and the website as the website ain't secure.

I tried reaching them on the given number but there wasn't any response or the number was switched off.
I drafted an email with the issue to which they replied to call the helpline, kind of like vicious circle.

The document which they have sent wasn't legitimate and there were hundreds of mistakes. I brought that in notice with them to which they didn't had any answer.

Now they call me like 10 times a day asking for the name and pay some 7800/- to the account number which is not associated with this company at all.They also threaten to take this to court.

The docs and the company ain't legitimate.

The concern here is that call in odd hours which is very disturbing, need some advice and resolution.

Days back I got a call for online work, they send an online agreement and when I opened the agreement, an otp was send on my phone and automatically it scanned the otp and get submitted .
They told me that there should be 90%accuracy, they had sent me the user I'd and password but when I tried to access the site, their site was not working properly.
I mailed them back that I don't accept your terms and condition but didn't get any response.
After 12-13days they called me and told me that I have not completed their work and I have to pay them money.
I asked them about the company's registration Id and TIN number then they didn't responded. I have even asked for bank details to track them down but no response was given.
They have send me a soft copy of notice but in that notice also they haven't mentioned any company's detail .
The advocate name was mentioned as MM Patel with 2203/2016 enrollment number.
Kindly suggest, as they seem to be fraud and fake company.
Please take an action against them and ban such company

I don't knew that this is fake company. When i received my login id, i proceeded to login but it wasn't responding. Link was not opening. After reading comments and other sufferers complaint i realized it is fraud and as usual they are going to harass me by mailing and calling me after 15 days and will demand me for money as usually they do. Mai ap logo se request karti hu jo iss fraud company ke suffers h wo inke khilaf case file kare aur mr. Patel jaise fraud lawyer ki practice band karaye. Naa jaane in logo ne kitno ke saath ye kiya ho. I request u all to come forward to expose these rackets.

This pje enterprises company have given me a work and the work is top filling form from image but the whole pattern of information is different and form format and help image is different how can i fill forms. I m not able to work. The y have the image of my aadhar card. Please help me and i have not signed the agreement. As i had got so many calls stating that calling from pje enterprises for online work, they had said that to open the mail and enter the opt in the mail, so i had enter the otp in the mail, after some time i had received a mail which includes of agreement and acceptance letter, the work said in the call and our work is totally different, hence i had mailed to the concern team, they are asking me to pay the 7200rs, orelse they will file a criminal case on me, they are not responding to the calls & mails properly, they do not know to speak officially/ professionally, there is no proper response.
They are threatening me through calls and mails, a lady is saying that if i did not pay 7200rs within today, i have to pay upto rs.20, 000+ after 20th oct. Hence kindly do the needful for the same.

I asked them that I dnt have any money and due to their insecure site I could not even log in to the link how can I work? They did not reply anything rather said to pay the money otherwise they will file a criminal case against me.
