I had purchase a HTC 3452 hand-set from Planet M retail Ltd. from there Prashant Vihar outlet on dated 31, March, 2009. The set starts troubling with hanging problem in July so I hand-over the phone to the Planat M Prashant Vihar outlet for repairing. HTC services center had give a estimate of Rs. 7000 approximate. As the set was under warranty for two years, so Planet M need to pay this amount. I was given all the promises and commitment...

I am working in PLANET M RETAIL LTD. I had submitted my wife hospitalisation maternity claim of RS.35000--, through our HR to PARAMAOUNT HEALTH CARE. 19th march 2009.
After 21/2 month I had received my claim amount of RS.15000-/ ONLY, ALTHOUGH I HAD SUMBITTED ALL ORIGINAL BILLS . I want my balance claim amount ASAP because i will have to pay bank loan amount which i had taken for my wife hospitalisation.
