I have raised complaint with online consumer forum, with docket number 5771519 after being frustrated by planet spark suport team. My son, Aadiraj Singh Yadav, enrolled in a course with the Planet spark and paid a fee of 66, 500 rupees that is being converted into 12 month emi. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, he was only able to attend two out of the scheduled classes.

According to the institution's refund policy and assured by thier councellor, we can cancel the classes and get refund at any point of time if we have attended less than 5 classes, a student is entitled to a refund if they have attended less than five classes. As my son has only attended two classes, we should be eligible for a refund. However, despite numerous attempts to contact the institution via email over the past 20 days, we have not received any response.

This lack of communication and ignoring is deeply concerning and unfair. As a consumer, I believe it is my right to receive the service I paid for or be refunded accordingly.

So, finally raised a grievance request with online consumer forum.

I had subscribed for my child english spoken sessions and paid 18000 in advance.. their sales team (Eshan)pestered me for subscription till the time I did not do it..
Then after 2 classes due to unforeseeable circumstances, my child is not able to continue with the classes.. However on request of refund, their customer support has not paid any heed to it...On top of that someone 'Arham Kareem' from Customer support just did not listen to my request and bluntly mentioned that my advance wont be refunded... which is not at all aligned with the Terms and Conditions which they shared with me..

The company if expresses an interest will make a Google meet and announce classes and makes u pay for 100 classes in 1 go around 50000. After which they assign a teacher who is not at all regulat in taking classes. After 47 classes over 6 months while the entire courses should have been complete . Now on asking to discontinue they are stating that non refund possible After 5 classes. when I have nor got service hoe can they take charges for 53 classes.. some deduction is ok but almost 50% of the fees us toomich. they are saying they are assign a new teacher they do not monitor the progress of their teacher . nor advise as to why their teacher is not coming on time. How can such sites exist where such policies are placed

I have joined Planet spark for public speaking class, after I attended two classes, I felt it would not be good for USA kids and also their curriculum is not updated with the real world. So I decided to withdraw the class and send out the email to proceed the refund process since I was in probation period. I didn’t receive any response from them afterwards. Even the account manager Ayushi Singh who was my point of contact for the class and customer service are not helping me to refund the money. I have sent couple of emails and multiple follow ups. I don’t receive response for last two months.

I think, Plant Spark is not genuine for financial and won’t recommend for any foreign kids.

I have registered my kid for taking classes on planet spark it was agreed on phone that they will provide me 30 classes by a teacher and I was charged 11000 rupees but after taking money they reduced my classes to 13 and I have tried hard to contac my counselor Tarun namdeo but he is not receiving my call

I enrolled my kid for their course whose fee was 50000.
After 1 class, i didn't like it and cancelled the course. After that the whole fiasco began.
First they didn't allow me to cancel and then pressurized me to keep continuing the classes which i didn't.

After lot of abusive calls, they finally agreed to refund and very fraudulently deducted 9000 and committed on mail that would refund 41000.
This happened 3 months back and even after multiple calls, emails and tickets . They are not contacting me back.
Please help as it was my hard earned money.

Really very bad experience with Planetspark.

Without joining any class, Cancellation of enrollment 1 month back, I asked for refund.

I called them multiple time and tried to follow-up by sending emails to [protected]@planetspark.in.
No response most of the time. They also have not created Service ticket for this refund process.

I have been forced to take their course and paid an amount of Rs. 60000 for 1:1 classes.

After some classes, my child is not interested to take classes as he is feeling pressure to attend as he has no time to attend. After coming from school, he has to complete his Homework and has to attend the classes daily. He is just 7 years old and he has no time to relax after coming from school and he fell sick due to this hectic pressure on him.

I approached them over mails since 2 months and informed the same. But, they are not responding properly. They have removed my child from the teacher portal and not responding since 1 month, they are not providing any classes ot not refunding the money. They don't have any customer care number to contact.

You are hereby requested to take action and help to get the money back please.

I had enrolled my child to PlanetSpark course. They offered me 0% EMI based scheme which I opted.

After 59 classes I decided to end the contract and initiated the conversation with PlanetSpark.

Complaint#1 : At the time subscription cancellation, they informed me that they had actually given a loan via FIBE (formerly known as EarlySalary) and that I had to pay hefty INR 10, 000+ foreclosure charges. These things were not explicitly clarified during enrollment.

Complaint#2: Nevertheless, I made payment in full in the May'23 i.e. their outstanding fee plus foreclosure charges.
For some reason they haven't closed the loan on my name with FIBE and I'm getting few calls everyday asking for payment from FIBE. I'm reaching out to PlanetSpark for the last 3 months and they haven't responded or resolved the problem.

In all of this my CIBIL score is getting impacted plus the harassment at the hands of FIBE company has made my life very difficult.

Lastly, PlanetSpark company doesn't even have a Customer Care phone number where I can call and resolve this issue.

Please help to close this and reverse any impact to my CIBIL score due to PlanetSpark's inefficiencies.

There were false promises made regarding the practice class timings that these can be adjusted based on our preferences. Now we are helpless, can't attend the classes because now we came to know that we can't modify these as per our preference.

Planet Spark has taken complete payment from us for online English Speaking course.
But they are not providing services as per the agreement.

Many times we have raised tickets of our queries & issues, but no one is responding from Planet Spark to resolve the issue.

Many times we tried to contact over phone, email & through whatsapp chat.
But nobody from Planet spark is responding & they are not resolving our issues.

Our query/issues are from day one but no one has taken action from Planet Spark.

We are not happy with their services.

Please check with Planet Spark team & arrange to refund our complete payment.

Please also take strict action on Planet spark for their unprofessional approach.

My is a student in Planet spart and he started his course last year for public speaking he is just 4 years since i was working from home i used to be part of the class and help him with the login and how to access the site and attend the course. Since 2023 Jan i am working from office and not able to continue with the course. and also half the time teacher is sick, no network or on leave. we took 59 classes out of 100. In Feb 2023 my kid is not attending the classes and I raised the concern and requested them to cancel the classes. i spoke multiple times and explained them my problem and unable to attend the classes. at the time of joining the planet spark representative said the i can cancel this any time, but now I am not able to cancel, and they are deducting my money INR 2777 every month.
after seeing the parents review, i notice that this is not a genuine organization they are just cheating us by making us to join the Course and taking the money.

This is regarding refund of Rs91000/- to my credit card. I had enrolled my son and realized that he was too young (6yrs) for the program and found no improvement and he was unable to cope up, so we decided to discontinue.
Both the teacher assigned was always on leave .
i had raised the cancellation and refund request with ticket #144065. But they have refused to make a refund and we found the institution not very responsive. Hence raising this under this forum for a remedy.

Please look into this and reach out to us with a solution. We totally paid 91000/ and till now consumed 38 classes only we have taken excellence course but its not effective and the teaching level is very high my six years old son don't understand. We have taken admission so that his speech improve and he can talk better but the teachers don't understand that

India needs to deal with company its frauding people. I am based in the UK. People need their money refunded. This company is scam they won't give a refund even if you have not started a course. They are very polite while getting you to enroll and headache requesting to opt out. Poor customer service, no correct people to contact for particular issues. I was so disappointed. I would never recommend it. I have tried to fight my case with PayPal to refund my £1000, apparently the company claims I have started the course and this is a typical lie. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES

Mr. Aditiya Narayan n Mr. Raj Singh, they have forcefully deposited d registration fee of Rs. 7000/- from me on dated 12/April/2023 at 11 pm late night.. They have put a lot of pressure on me by calling, sending mails n msgs on WhatsApp while I was not responding.. Number of councillors were distributed me so much..After getting so much pressure I sent d money through PayTm ..Next day, they asked for my credit card details, I don't use d credit card so they told me that send u 3 months account statement
but I didn't send n I tried to know more about Planet Spark then I found..they r cheating with number of students as well as their parents..So, , I asked them to refund my money but they r threatening me so much by saying that We will not refund ur money..So, I put d complaint here n hope so that from here I will get any response..

While i am joined my child before you would said clearly, if my child is unable to pick up/ not grab propely, you should be cancel within three months clearly said, we have clear statement, please cancel my subscription immediately. why you were not responding.please take action immediately.

I have enrolled my son for this course on 1st Feb 2023.Due to some personal issues I decided to cancel enrollment on 5th. I talked to councilor Ankita Mishra and asked her to cancel enrollment. I called Mr Sannan Ahmed but he did not respond to my calls. I raised support ticket. Their executive told they cannot cancel the enrollment.
I was told there is trial period. But I did not attend single class and asked why can't I get refund. I raised one more ticket But still no response. My emi got deducted on 5th Mar 2023.
Please help me in getting my money back and cancelling emi.

They are money minded people. The counsellors are highly skilled to sell course, but once you approach them for loan cancellation request they will just ignore your calls. They have customer support number [protected], if you call to that number it will say we have stopped voice facilities then what's the point of calling them. If you email them you get automatic response, if you raise ticket from student portal you get response like concern team will contact you but no one.
For me initially they have provided weekly 3 1:1 class but now they are providing only one 1 :1 class per week for that they will charge rs.3809 per month this is not affordable for middle class people. though they have other live session(sometimes you don't even see mam) and practice classes timings are not suitable for me. Even if you say you are not interested in attending classes or i am not taking classes your hard earned money will get debited by FIBE. They are toturing us daily by giving multiple calls to pay the monthly EMI. If you say you are not ready to pay the amount they will ask your address to come home. Fibe know this issue is happening in planet spark then why they are giving loan to planet spark?.
During admission time, counsellor Disha is so rushed to collect information from us like pan card, adhar card, blank cheque details but later if you ask for help they are refused to help because their job is done. Also initially they told if you are not happy with the course at any point, we will refund the remaining unattended classes back immediately on the same day but now they are telling I have to pay 800 plus GST plus processing fee per class o[censored]nattended class.They are blaming us why didn't you read refund policy mentioned in their website. All fake information are given untill they take money from you. I didnot like their services and classes.
Please help me to get my moneyback.

As per clause and Term and condition of planet spark they have mentioned clearly "that we have a no question asked same day 100% refund policy for any unused classes for ONE SHOT PAYMENTS AND ECS PROCESS."
As we have found the class and services not as we expected, we have send request mail to discontinue the class and to get refund our payment and to cancel the EMI.
BUT Planet spark not giving any response mail to get back our REFUND as they committed. Its shows planet spark is completely for business not for education.

I had enrolled my son to planet spark on account of the siblings policy which was mentioned by planet spark counselling team. I have not received any account details for my daughter despite calling them multiple times. They don't seem to pick up my calls. Though i have raised a support ticket but its of no use. They had even done a verification call for my daughter but besides that there is no account provided to her. There are very big false promises made by planet spark admission team which they don't fulfill. I have written to refund or to provide account details to my daughter . I am yet to hear any reply from them

I had enrolled my kid with the planet spark upon hearing that sibling admission is absolutely free. Now they are not enabling the account for my daughter despite calling them multiple times. The student counsellor is not picking my phone. I have also created a ticket in the support desk but to of no use. This is a big fraud that's been done in the name of education. I have written them to either refund the money or to enable account for my daughter as they very well mentioned at the time of enrolling that siblings accounts are absolutely free. They even had a verification call done for my daughter but besides that nothing has been done to enable the account for her.

I have enrolled my son for planet spark communication classes in sep 2022.
For which auto debit were started through razor pay platform.
After few demo sessions our teacher said aaryan is not registered in LMS so, I can't further classes you please coordinate with planet spark team.
I contacted them saying you kindly stop auto debit of money and refund my earlier deduction. To which they are not taking any corrective action.
I have complained through mail and ANUBHA teacher who has enrolled my son.
Four months deduction since September has been taken place through my account amounting to 16 thousand plus money. My recent ticket number is 1305703.

My name is Gowthami from AP joined my daughter in planet spark or English classes. I initially paid 5500, and after a month2763 rupees and taking classes but my daughter not catching up and now she is not feeling well to attend classes so i asked them to cancel subscription and discontinue the classes but no one was responding, i did through what's up, mail, and raised a ticket too but no one is responding and at the time of joining Kishore Talwar, management team Anushka, Pooja, kritika Rana councellors, and teacher Drisha wagala all said that you can cancel subscription at any time and nowthey are telling you can't do that i[censored] attend or not the classes but the fees is deducted from your account every month as emi basis. We can't change it . But i asked 10to 20 times above each member before proceeding with the payments and joining they said yes you can cancel at any now after raising ticket no is taking up the call not responding, and blackmailing you must to pay i[censored] took the classes or not . My ticket number is 130361.

Please kindly help me with this to not deducting money from my account. And cancel subscription. Thank you

I have joined my kid in the one year course of Planetspark and took loan from Credenc. Every month Rs., 4524 is getting deducted for the same. Now i wanted to cancel the classes and asked the Planetspark to stop the ECS deduction. They promised to stop the ECS if I pay Rs., 25890. So I paid.
But instead of cancelling the subscription again ECS is also getting deducted every month.
Please help in stopping the ECS

I enrolled my daughter for public speaking classes during early 2021.
Teachers were not punctual, curriculum was not that great. 3 teachers changed in a span of 4 months. My daughter couldn't folllow, hence went for a cancellation of course.
I was asked to pay 12K to foreclose the loan that i had taken to repay. I was told no more monthly EMIs will get deducted. But unfortunately there were 2 EMIs that got deducted (9k) Loan is foreclosed and when i ask them for a refund of those 2 EMIs, they say "No Refund"
Extremely unhappy with the management and I have paid for 10 months for no classes that went well. Kindly help

You are charging monthly amount as well and that too wothout providing the services which has agreed. And i am going to comment the same on your facebook channel that you guys are making fake promises and not providing the services as agreed in the beginging.

I escalated this issue couple of months as well but no action hae taken on the same from your side.

So i should not be responsible for the same its planet spark responsibility to provide services as committed.

And i been told at the beginging as well classess will be stop whenever you dont feel satisfied however you guys are trying to charge me additional amount for the same.

This is not correct i am going to highlight this on the facebook about your services and the way you make fool everyone.

And definitely i will raise this concern in to consumer court as well that after raising the concern as well planet spark is not taking action and trying to impart the charges on the student.

I discontinued their program after taking one month of classes for my child. The total program was for 1 year. I signed up for their program only because they said we can discontinue and will be refunded without any questions. But now they are not refunding the amount and also they are not responding to my multiple requests to their customer service for over 6 months.

I hope other parents take a notice of this bogus company and do not fall in to their cheating.

My daughter Trisha was admitted to Planet Spark. They had clearly mentioned that we can cancel the classes anytime and they will refund us. But after so many follow-ups, we are not getting our refund. They are not responding.

From Day 1 the assured deliverables are not met and still on the insistence of the Counsellor;16 classes were conducted.

The request for cancellation was raised 4 months ago but all in vein.

The ticket 3 122340 was raised 3weeks ago and still no revert.

Initially they said, No question asked, Same day Refund.

Am completed 6 classed in planet spark. My child was not interested on classes because she was in different background.
So that i request to cancel the classes and ECS as per the terms and conditions.

Am waiting from the july 2022. Still customer care says its pending in finance team.
