I have joined my kid in the one year course of Planetspark and took loan from Credenc. Every month Rs., 4524 is getting deducted for the same. Now i wanted to cancel the classes and asked the Planetspark to stop the ECS deduction. They promised to stop the ECS if I pay Rs., 25890. So I paid.
But instead of cancelling the subscription again ECS is also getting deducted every month.

I enrolled my daughter for public speaking classes during early 2021.
Teachers were not punctual, curriculum was not that great. 3 teachers changed in a span of 4 months. My daughter couldn't folllow, hence went for a cancellation of course.
I was asked to pay 12K to foreclose the loan that i had taken to repay. I was told no more monthly EMIs will get deducted. But unfortunately there were 2 EMIs that got deducted...

You are charging monthly amount as well and that too wothout providing the services which has agreed. And i am going to comment the same on your facebook channel that you guys are making fake promises and not providing the services as agreed in the beginging.

I escalated this issue couple of months as well but no action hae taken on the same from your side.

So i should not be responsible for the same its planet...

I discontinued their program after taking one month of classes for my child. The total program was for 1 year. I signed up for their program only because they said we can discontinue and will be refunded without any questions. But now they are not refunding the amount and also they are not responding to my multiple requests to their customer service for over 6 months.

I hope other parents take a notice of this bogus company...

My daughter Trisha was admitted to Planet Spark. They had clearly mentioned that we can cancel the classes anytime and they will refund us. But after so many follow-ups, we are not getting our refund. They are not responding.

From Day 1 the assured deliverables are not met and still on the insistence of the Counsellor;16 classes were conducted.

The request for cancellation was raised 4 months ago but all in vein.

The ticket 3 122340 was raised 3weeks ago and still no revert.

Initially they said, No question asked, Same day Refund....

Am completed 6 classed in planet spark. My child was not interested on classes because she was in different background.
So that i request to cancel the classes and ECS as per the terms and conditions.

Am waiting from the july 2022. Still customer care says its pending in finance team.

Every month ECS running, still not stopped

I had enrolled for an online classes from Planet Spark. During enrollment, they said that the cancellation process and refund is very easy, if classes doesn't suits me. I had enrolled on 25th May for a total 80 classes, for which an amount of Rs.48000 was blocked from my credit card. every month Rs.4000 used to get debited from my account. On 29th Aug'22, I had sent mail to cancel my registration and release the money for the unattended classes....

I here with registered my son with Plante Spark with great hope to develop his public speaking competencies.

In this regard as urged by them to book the schedule as token amount remitted a payment of Rs.2000 after to the rehearsal / Demo session / class on 29th June 2022.

Not more than a week once again they urged me to make a payment of rs. 7000/- close to Rs.9000 to proceed with EMI...

I already sent a lot of reminders in the mail against Ticket #117263 from dated 24.08.2022 and I have called customer care many times but we don't get any response from them, please process this on an immediate basis and kindly cancel this loan account and refund the deposited amount.
We have sent lot of reminders and i have done lot of calls but no response from your side, and i request you to cancel the loan and refund the amount...

I have taken finance from early salary for seeking admission in planet spark. I had requested to cancel admission of my kids on 27 Jul 2022. During that time it was informed that it is going to take 30 days. But after 30 days nothing is happened and they still haven't cancel admission since from last many days I am sending email to planet spark.

I have enrolled my daughter for planet spark classes in the year 2021. She completed 78 classes till April 2022. However due to reopening of schools she was unable to attend these classes. I had paid Rs. 91000 during enrolment. As per their refund policy one can stop the classes anytime and refund was supposed to be given immediately. since April 2022 i am writing emails for refund however no confirmation is given till date....

I have requested so many times to stop classes for my son since 8August but still planet spark has not taken serious step in this matter and also as I am opting for EMI from early salary and my EMI also getting increased daily. Booked 60 lessons after lengthy talk with their counsellors. One of my concerns was what if I choose to cancel classes of we don't like them and was informed the remaining classes would be refunded.

It's been over a month since I cancelled classes because they were not upto par and still waiting on the refund. It started with - sorry, it's taking a while to no response to my query.

Would not recommend this company...

Just spare your few minutes to read my experience which I had with #planet spark one of the public speaking classes which I had started for son in the month of May’22.
Initially while starting the classes there marketing team has booked me for 120 classes @ 66600/-...

I recieved a call from planet spark regarding hiring I got selected the the send me a link regarding personal information and bank details I submitted that now after reviewing them i am scared if they are going to misuse my document because they have even asked for a cancell cheque plz help....

My daughter started her regular classes with Planet Spark on 11th March. Initially she showed interest but later on denied to participate in any activities suggested by the tutor. Hence we thought that it’s a waste of time and money to continue only 2 classes a week for Rs.4309/- per month.

A ticket for discontinuation and refund was generated on 12th May; ticket number 100467. Last class she attended was on 30th May 2022....
