A company named Platinum Service Solutions called about comb gift 25/08/2023 saying from SBI card. I am a value customer of sbi card and announced to give me a combo gift of market value of rs 50000 for rs 8990. This combo gift promises a promo card, a belt wallet, twice a year travel benefits, Rs 2000 twice on food while travelling. I paid 8990 rupees believing that it says from SBI card. But later through internet search I came to know...

These people called me on my registered mobile number with SBI credit card and said that they are calling from SBI CARD and u r chosen for complimentary gifts as u r V I P Customer

They offered

Belt and wallet of Woodland

Discount card of 15% for goods and services which can be used anywhere valid for one year

02 holiday packages for a family of four including 02 adults & 02 children for 02 nights & 03 days anywhere in India for which I have to pay Rs 499 at the time of booking the holidays

02 Cashback of Rs2000 each for submitting the food bills during the above holidays

The offer was to pay Rs8990 from my SBI Credit Card

They said that the amount of Rs8990 will be converted to 24 months EMI of Rs 375 each

But it isn’t done
No communication from SBI card is made to me regarding EMI which is not possible as every time I did EMI I get the mail & sms from SBI CARD stating d details of EMI

FRAUD IS DONE by Platinum Services Solutions

They gave me a helpline number[protected] (10AM to 6PM mon to fri)
I called several times asking my money back but they are not accepting my request neither answering my questions responsibly

Kindly help me to get my amount of Rs8990 refunded from this fraud company

That person giving above benefits in just 8980 through 24 SBI credit card EMI's behalf of special or selected customers behalf of SBI.
After the payment the executive mentioned these all facilities provided from tie up company with SBI named Platinum Services solutions.
Please sir, do a strict action for those persons and company.
