I bought geyser, from last week it has been not working properly.when the geyser is in the use it is short-circuiting.(ELANZA INSTANT WATER HEATER)

Hi all, i have bought the polycab cable on 19th april 2017 from indian cables who is authorised dealer of polycab in pune.. I have started using the wire on the month of may as i have received the meter in may. After a month o[censored]sing our of 4, 2 core has been stopped working and then i have started using another 2 core wires. From past 7 days it also has stopped working. Polycab is a brand that's why i bought it however when i asked the seller that this thing happened he was telling me like this is not possible, did you check this and that?? I also has complaint on a call and now i am playing in email chain. I don't have electricity at my home now. It's really annoying and frustrating now to get the follow up on this. There are many of other consumer using the same dp point to get the electricity and they all are not using even the branded wires. Now govt electrician has told me wire is faulty, and seller or company is not replying me on time. What should i do? I am expecting to atleast get my wire replaced by company, elese i will take a big step against them... Thanks

I have purchased 2 wall fan on feb 2016 after about 20 days a swing section has been damage which was replace on next day after 3 days another fan get same swing section problem it also replace .But after 1 month a same problem in both fan again it has been replace.Again after 20 days same problem in swing section i have email to all company related person p[lease replace a fan instead supporting they blame on us you can handle fan .I own cafe which has 6 fans with different company but did not given any problem

We had released a PO for 7C 1.5 Sq MM Shielded Armoured Cable in the month of Mar 2015 for 1000 Mtrs and subsequently anonther 1000 Mtrs during May 2015 and total of 2000 Mtrs order pending with M/s Polycab to be supplied. We had neitehr received any confirmaton regarding the supply till date even 1000s of telephone calls were made and yet to receive the same. Huge amount is locked up in various projects on which we had taken approval for the supply of Polycab make Cables.
