Ajit Singh, owner of pooja packers and logistics, Bangalore Yeshwanthpur, has cheated me by not settling the insurance claim value which he told was 20000 mentioned on the bill T no 48. My refrigerator and washing machine arrived fully damaged and he says he can't help me with the repair. Maximum of 1000 can be paid he said. Now he is not at all picking up the calls. I am really frustrated.kindly help me pls...

Dear Sir,
I booked Pooja Packers and Logistics to shift my house hold items from Bengaluru to Chennai, as per their quotation of Rs.15000/- without insurance (if Insurance taken than extra charges apply).
01. They loaded all the items on[protected] by afternoon and agreed to deliver it on[protected] morning to Chennai. Rs.15000/- Cash was paid to Driver along with drivers and packing and loading guys tips of Rs.2000/-
