Post Office Mis Scheme Complaints & Reviews

We have open Monthly income scheme of good amount in post office but post office people is such a non-sense people where in my passbook first name is mention correct and second holder name is mention unknown person i don't know how post office people are working .
I think these people are not worth to work in such origination having chalta hai atitude....

Following is copy of my complaints submitted direct/by fax to the concerned but the responsible government officials opted to remain silent and deprive me of the less paid amount as well as applicable interest on market rate on the capital money plus bonus amount by willful delay and negligence.

I lost my father on 18.05.2007 due to cancer and his monthly income scheme became due for payment on 31.07.2007. My mother who is the nominee submitted the nominee claim for receiving the amount of rs. 100000/- with vested bonus on 03.08.2007 duly acknowledged by the tiruvanmiyur post office staff. Since then they took nearly 2 and a half months to send the claim settlement that too only for rs. 100000/- nothing is mentioned about the bonus.br...
